Description
Luxurious new 2 bedroom second floor apartment with huge terrace. The complex has 2 large pools, perfectly situated, walking distance of Puerto Banus town and beach sleeps 4 or 6. The apartment is beautifully furnished. It is situated within walking distance of the sandy beaches and port/town, numerous restaurants, bars and boutiques of Puerto Banus, which is one of the best locations on the Costa del Sol. All rooms lead onto a huge very private terrace directly overlooking tropical landscaped gardens with views of the mountains and sea in the distance. The centre piece of the garden are 2 swimming pools, one large freeform swimming pool and one children’s pool. The gardens are beautifully lit at night. On the terrace there is a large marble topped table with seating for 6 for dining alfresco, 4 sun loungers and a low seating area with a coffee table under a retractable shaded area, ideal for relaxing with a drink in the sun, shade or under the stars. The apartment which is on the second floor has access to it by lift or stairs and has a very peaceful situation. There are marble floors throughout and it will be furnished to a extremely high standard. The property is owned and used by a family and kept to a very high standard for their own use (many properties for rent are for income only and are therefore not looked after so well and certainly not so well appointed). There is air conditioning and heating in all rooms. Sky TV, DVD, HiFi and Play Station 2. There is a TV in the second bedroom which can be used with the Play Station and view the DVD and Sky. The apartment is suitable for all ages and is adjacent to an International Tennis Club and has several prestigious golf courses within a short drive. There is also a popular casino which is within a few minutes walk. The apartment has it’s own reserved secure garaged parking with extra parking around the complex A life guard is employed during the busiest months, during summer holidays. Bus stops and taxi ranks nearby, both are very reasonable. Large Terrace The central and unique feature of the apartment is it’s extremely large and very private terrace. It has views of the beautiful gardens, mountains and sea in the distance. It has a large marble topped table & 6 chairs, 4 sun lounges, a low seating area with coffee table. There is a retractable canopy adding shade to part of the terrace while still allowing a large area to be open for sun bathing etc. Lounge/Dinning Area One leather three seater sofa (which converts to a double bed), one leather two seater sofa, a marble coffee table and side tables. TV, English Sky, DVD, mini Hi Fi and Play Station 2. The dinning area has a marble table with 6 leather chairs. Air conditioned, several books, some children's toys Sliding doors onto terrace with lovely views. Master Bedroom One king size double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables & lamps, Air Conditioned, sliding doors onto large terrace & lovely views. Ensuite bathroom with bath shower toilet, bidet and marble topped wash basin. Air conditioned. Second Bedroom 2 single beds, double wardrobe, TV. Air conditioned Sliding doors onto terrace with lovely views. Main Bathroom Bath shower, toilet, bidet, marble topped wash basin. Air conditioned. Kitchen Electric hob & oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher etc & plenty of high quality kitchen utensils, glassware etc Video phone. Air conditioned. Parking Garaged car parking with plenty of additional parking around the complex.

David says: "Superb, beautiful clean and tidy apt in an excellent location. The apt is in a quieter area of Puerto Banus which is great if you want a lovely relaxing holiday. However, if you want the hussle and bussle its only a 10min walk into town. The pool is immaculate and well maintained. My family felt very safe as there are electric gates to get into the property and security guards on hand. The Balcony is where we spent most of our time as it is huge and is a great place to dine out and relax. You get the sun from 1000am onwards and can sip cocktails at 9pm in the evening watching the sun set over the hills. Well worth the money and hoping to go back next year as everyone had a great time. Highly recommend accomodation to anyone wanting a bit more than the norm on holiday. A home away from home and gets a 5star plus from the nixon family."
