One of the finest addresses in the Golden Mile, our 3 bedroom townhouse in the beautiful Andalucian styled complex Arco Iris occupies an area of land directly in front of two of the most renowned hotels in the Costa del Sol, the Marbella Club and Puente Romano. It is ideally located between Puerto Banus and the centre of Marbella, with direct access from both, the motorway and the golden mile and only a few hundred metres from the beaches and promenade. Surrounded by green areas, dream like mansions and numerous golf courses, it's no coincidence that this is one of the most sought after residential areas in Marbella. This particular townhouse is spread over 3 floors and is wonderfully themed ‘Out of Africa’ style, with beautiful terracotta flooring throughout. The open plan lounge with open fireplace leads into the fully fitted kitchen with 'Siemens' appliances and further still onto the private terrace and garden. This design promotes the social side of this particular type of holiday experience. The south-west facing terrace and garden overlooks the inviting pool and gardens in this gated complex. The lounge is equipped with FULL SKY, large screen TV, DVD and hi-fi for the ultimate in entertainment. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one twin with en-suite bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi bath and one lovely double with Juliet balcony and individual balcony with far-reaching views to ‘La Concha’ mountain. If you can drag yourself in from the terrace, you can relax watching a DVD or TV. The shared bathroom on the 1st floor has stand-up hydro-massage shower. On the third-floor we have the master suite with king-size bed, en-suite Jacuzzi tub and a super roof terrace with views to the sea. The house is equipped with hot & cold air-con and is fully equipped to ensure your stay on the golden-mile is as memorable as you want it to be. 

 

 

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 3 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque.
