A lovely 4 bedroom villa with private HEATED pool (for winter months), spa, games room and entertainment bar. This super villa is situated in a very quiet area just off the new golden mile, close to Estepona. 5 minutes drive takes you to the exclusive Laguna village with its bars, restaurants and chill-out beach club with pool. The villa is presented over two levels, with the main living and sleeping area being on the ground floor. 3 bedrooms have double beds, individual AC and TV´s with SKY. 1 of the bedrooms has twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms and a shower room. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. The lounge/diner comfortably accommodates 8 and has FULL SKY plasma TV, cd and dvd. The lounge opens to the terrace with further dining and overlooks the garden, pool and spa. In the basement level there is a games room with pool table and darts board complete with a bar area, further lounge seating and plasma TV, great for entertaining and lounging by the pool. The rental rates include a personal meet and greet from a dedicated assistant for that particular villa. 

 

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 6 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, skiing/snowboarding.

Theresa says: "Beautiful villa, perfect for families the children loved the games room, as when it is too hot they can go inside and still not be bored - Also leaving the adults (if you wish) to retreat upstairs to the lounge in peace!!!! Car is a must as all restraurants would be too far to walk to, Laguna Beach is a lovely beach with a great little beach bar/restaurant - the shopping centre is OK but not really what you want to do while on your beach hols.... Overall a very enjoyable stay which i would happily reccomend to any family. "
