Los Naranjos de Marbella is a low-rise development of luxury townhouses and apartments. There are 4 Swimming Pools to choose from and an excellent clubhouse, bar, & brasserie that has a reputation for very good food, plus a small shop, Internet access and bookable tennis courts on the complex. Los Naranjos de Marbella is a residential complex in the purest white Andalusian style, with pretty cobbled walkways, courtyards and fountains surrounded by palm trees and bougainvilleas, a peaceful and relaxing environment, a perfect location for your holiday. 

Our apartment is situated approx. 20 minutes walk from Puerto Banus and its Beaches (just a few minutes by car). Malaga and Gibralter Airport are just a 45 minute drive away on the N.340, and it is just a 45 minutes drive from Ronda. Marbella town is just 10 minutes away, Estapona 15 minutes and Mijas 25 minutes.There is a fantastic Safari Park in Estapona, and a Cable car near Fuengirola that takes you up in to the mountains and nature reserve. There is also a water park in the area. There are many beautiful blue flag beaches to choose from, with good facilities, beach cafes & bars.

This area has plenty to do and see. The sightseeing is wonderful, pretty mountain villages, cosmopolitan marinas, and beautiful beaches. The shopping is incredible, there is a water park and a safari park within 20 minutes drive. Boat trips, water sports, horse riding, its all here. Or how about a day trip to Morrocco or Gibralter. There are also regular open air markets, the most popular is at the bull ring in Puerto Banus every Saturday & on Tuesday there is also a very good general market in San pedro.

 

Los Naranjos de Marbella is set in the heart of Golf Valley. It has some of the best courses within a few minutes drive: Las Brisas, La Quinta, Los Naranjos, and either side of are The Marbella Golf Acadamy, where you can practise at the driving range and have private lessons, and Aloha Golf course and on the other side of us is the floodlit golf course Dama de Noche (Lady of the Night). Within half an hours drive are many many more world class courses including Valderrama - host to the 1997 Ryder Cup. It's no wonder this particular stretch of coast is known as 'The Costa del Golf'. Marbella has a unique microclimate, even in the winter months the temperature can reach a pleasant 20 degrees or more, perfect for all the sightseeing available in the area or a game of Golf or Tennis. In the Spring and Autumn you can expect temperatures of around 25 degrees or more and of course in the summer months it is wonderfully hot, perfect for just spending lazy days on the beach or enjoying the many water sports on offer. The warm evenings can be enjoyed strolling around the boutiques, cafes and restaurants that cluster around the cobbled streets of the harbour or you will appreciate sitting outside one of the many restaurants or cafes enjoying an alfresco meal and drink, as you watch the world go by......

 

There is a Sofabed in the living room which open up into a double bed. Smoking is allowed on the terraces but not inside the apartment. The apartment overlooks the Pool & Gardens and has stunning views of the mountains. There are two terraces, one of which is a roof terrace, with sun throughout the day, the roof terrace has sun loungers for your relaxation, the lower terrace has a dining table and seating for six. There is a Clubhouse on site which has a very good restaurant and bar, with an additional Pool,childrens pool and childrens activities, there is also a small shop, pool tables, and internet access.

The penthouse comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living area. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The penthouse has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the penthouse cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The penthouse has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The penthouse is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the penthouse you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, climbing, cycling, mountain biking, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the penthouse you will find wind surfing, flying, horse riding, historic sites, a museum, a zoo.
