Beachwood Apartment is a new first floor apartment set in tropical gardens on the Selwo Hills complex Estepona. Centrally located on the New Golden Mile between Marbella and Estepona. Well appointed between the sea and mountains within easy reach of beaches, towns, marinas and nightlife.

Selwo Hills complex is a small private development that is gated and secure. There is an underground car park with direct lift access to the apartment so no struggling with heavy suitcases. The complex benefits from a full size pool, sun beds, sauna and gym.

As you enter the apartment the rooms lead off both sides of the hallway, which is light and spacious. The open plan lounge provides a welcoming relaxed atmosphere with subtle lighting leather sofas, coffee table TV, music centre and DVD player, and dining area. The patio doors lead onto the main terrace.
The large main terrace has comfortable sun loungers, recliners and benefits from full sunshine, ideal for private sunbathing.
The Master bedroom has a King Size Bed, fitted Robes, dressing table and dressing area. A Patio door leads onto the main terrace. There is an en-suite bathroom that has a vanity unit, a bath and separate shower cubicle.
The Guest Bedroom has twin beds, lots of wardrobe space the window overlooks the smaller terrace.
The second Guest Bathroom has a bath and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a utility room, washing machine, and dishwasher. The patio door leads onto the smaller terrace, which overlooks the tropical gardens, mountains and pool. The pool and gardens are illuminated at night.

The Costa Del Sol, the sunny coas of Andalucia where there are over 320 days of sunshine every year. 'The New Golden Mile' - miles of beaches many of them awarded the European 'Blue Flag' for cleanliness.

Estepona is a charming old town with a great range of shops and plazas and busy nightlife. Just a short 5min drive from the apartment. On the waterfront you can visit the Marina or choose from three beautiful long sandy beaches all of which offer a good range of water sports. The Playa de Cristo is a cove with particularly safe bathing ideal for small children. Have a drink or sample freshly caught fish in one of the beach bars known as 'Chiringuitos' which you will find all along the coastline. They offer very good value for money. The weekday market is always busy and attracts locals and holidaymakers alike.

Puerto Duquesa with the historic Castillo de la Duquessa is worth a visit. Have an evening meal in one of the beachside restaurants as you look out onto the ocean.

Puerto Banus is a 15min drive away where luxury yachts are moored at the marina. The centre for designer shops, bars and busy nightlife, the popular Saturday market is well worth a visit.
Gibralter is a 30min drive where you can visit the historic rock and enjoy duty free shopping.
Enjoy traditional Spain visit the white Spanish Villages of Casares, Ben Havis and Istan or take a pleasant walk through the pine forrests of Ojen.

Within an hours drive through spectacular mountain scenery on a new road you will find the Spanish village of Rhonda. A town steeped in history where you can enjoy tappas in one of the local bars. The old town is quaint and a joy to visit with many local craft and leatherwear shops. A little further on and you can visit the beautiful National Trust area the lakes of Zahara.

The location is ideal there is something on offer for everyone, restaurants, busy nightlife, beaches, mountains, water parks, superb shopping, golf or just relax in the complex and enjoy the pool and tropical gardens.

The Sierra Nevada mountain range wraps the coastline with a continuous beautiful view wherever you go.  

Our management agent lives on the complex and is on hand should you have any problems during your stay. A Cot can be arranged at a small additional hire cost. Directly above Beachwood there is a sister apartment which offers the same high level of comfort and would be ideal for families who require the independence of separate accomodation but travel together

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The apartment has a sauna.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the apartment include a home gym, table tennis.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
