Built like an old Andalucian village with white stucco walls and orange roof tiles this gated community with 24hr security has solitude but is close to all the nearby pleasures. We have two swimming pools and beautifully kept gardens,underground garage and community benches and tables.Just metres away we have a very good supermarket(try their fresh prawns!),a chemist and small cafes. A short distance away are some of the best golf courses in Spain. Gilbraltar, Marbella, the mountains and Ronda are a easy 1/2 day trip. Granada and Cadiz can be visited in the day. 

This beautifully furnished contemporary style penthouse is in the most highly prized position, overlooking the main gate but away from the everyday bustle. A lift carries you to a private landing and security door . The sitting room has two settees and glass centre table facing TV .Satelite gives BBC1&2,ITV,+4, together with spanish and european programmes. A DVD is attached. Playstation2 and some games. Behind is a side table with a music centre - tape cd and radio, pop is broadcast in English on the Costa del Sol. The dining area has a Spanish table and chairs designed for us, Air con is in all major areas. Bedrooms are all twins with bedside tables wardrobes are built in with hangers. Bathrooms have baths with showers and screens ,basins ,bidets and toilets , mirrors with lights over.The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with oven,hobb,d/w,w/m and extractor . There is a kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and micro-wave and a large firdge freezer. All crockery/cutlery is supplied.
There are three large terraces. The front has a large table and six comfortable chairs and a sun umbrella. The side balcony has 4 sunbeds with matresses. The rear terrace has a small breakfast table with glass top and wrought iron chairs. A barbecue is also positioned here. A retractable hose is here for washing down terraces as required.

The penthouse comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The penthouse has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the penthouse cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The penthouse has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The penthouse is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a west facing patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The penthouse is right beside swimming, walking, a food shop.

Close to the penthouse you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the penthouse you will find historic sites, a museum.
