The house is located right opposite of the sea. The sea is named Dardanelles and formerly known as Hellespont. It is a narrow strait in northwestern Turkey connecting the Aegean Sea to the Sea of Marmara. Like the Bosporus, So the view changes every minute.  

The idea of desiging the house was to take all the advantages of this brilliant panoramic view of dardanells. To achieve that Ithe bedroom is located at the room with fully sea view and furnihed by italian made furniture.

Living room is multi windowed and all them are fully open to panoramic view of sea as well. High quality tv and home theatre system will add joy to ur nights by its high quality 5.1 speaker system. You will find some local and international award winners and popular dvds collections ready and feel free to bring yours. as well. Tv satalite system allows watch more than 200 international channales.

A pc with 17" screen will keep you connect to the world with wireless internet connection. The library has english and turkish books. The table and sofa will add pleasure to ur studies by their lookings.

All day long the kitchen is at ur service with its fully panoramic sea view. You can have ur breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks at balcony. Strongly reccomend u to have some drink at sunset. The kitchen is fully equiped.
The toaster has already become the favorite of kids.

Silent, bright looking and fully panoramic view of sea makes u feel totally fresh. The hidden 2.1 speaker system,is to maximize pleasure of musics before u fall sleep or right after u open ur eyes to the mornings. You will find the speaker controller right in the bed. Enjoy the music.


The bathroom and the kids room makes ur holiday more comfortable during ur stay here. washing machine is latest electronic model of Ariston, made in Ýtaly. 24 hour hot water is at ur service. ýn case u may forget u will find necessary tools such as shampoo, body lotion, shaving cream, shaving blade and tooth paste will be ready at bathroom.

Assos is a small historically rich town 45 minutes to the house. Aristotle lived here and opened an Academy. The city was also visited by St. Paul.

Troy is a legendary city and center of the Trojan War, as described in the Epic Cycle and especially in the iliad the epic poems attributed to Homer. Ýt is in the list of world heritage of UNESCO and 20 min. close to home by car.

Tenedos, officially named as Bozcaada is a small island in the Aegean Sea. Do not miss to taste its wines and witness its beauties.

Gallipoli, a national park, a monumantal place. The Allied landing and subsequent campaign on the peninsula during World War I is usually known in Britain as the Dardanelles Campaign and in Turkey as the Battle of Çanakkale. The Battle of Gallipoli is the subject of a 1981 movie, entitled Gallipoli, directed by Peter Weir and starring Mel Gibson.

The apartment is right beside walking, cycling, mountain biking, a food shop.
