Named after the yellow plums growing in the garden, Mirabelle is a large, self-contained, luxury, first floor apartment located within the manoir with its own private entrance. The gite benefits from many features and sleeps up to five people comfortably.

The master bedroom has a four poster bed and benefits from state of the art CD,wide screen satalite TV and DVD with surround sound system.

We recommend you spend a day travelling along the Route Touristique (Champagne Route) which meanders gently through the pretty villages and vineyards. The Manoir de Maffrecourt also specialise in the full range of Champagnes from Comte Audoin de Dampierre at cave "wholesale" prices with weekly Champagne tasting evenings. The country house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The country house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The country house has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The country house is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The country house is right beside walking, cycling.

Close to the country house you will find swimming, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the country house you will find flying, a sports center.

Argonne Forest is just 5 minutes away for wildlife and WW1 trenches

Kerstin says: "The gite was very charming and located in a very quiet rural area about 45 - 60 minutes outside of Reims. We had a wonderufl time and our hosts were very accomodating and informed! We didnt have a chance to do the home cooked diners but did try the Rubarhb crumble. Definitely get it if its available. Its to die for!!! A few things: we felt that the apartment was not at all suitable for small children due to the rather steep entry stairs. Thanks for agreat hoilday! "
