A fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment with swimming pool, roof terrace and a great view of the Atlas mountains. Opposite the Palmery and 10 minutes walk from the markets of the Medina's Bab el Khemis gate, the apartment is less than ten minutes by petit taxi from the boulevards of the New Town. 

An agent will collect you on arrival and be on hand throughout your stay. In easy walking distance of the bustling souks of the Old Town, the apartment offers a relaxed and secure base from which to explore this extraordinary city.

 

The aparment with a double and a single bedroom is a comfortable haven on the North East corner of Marrakech with a fine view of the mountains, particularly from the roof terrace and a large swimming pool. With newly equipped kitchen, new furniture, TV/DVD and hi-fi installed. A relaxed, newly finished complex.  

The complex is very competently maintained, cleaned, well lit, with the pool kept in good in good working order. Ample parking and friendly staff on the gate 24hrs.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 single. . This gives room for up to 3 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Emma says: "Me and my family spent a fantastic time in Morocco staying in this great apartment. Youssef picked us up at the airport and made sure we were comfortable, helping us to buy the necessary breakfast-basics before leaving us in the welcome cool of the AC. The apartment was equipped with all the necessities, as well as a cell phone that turned out to be extremely useful. The location was perfect for us (except that the 3rd floor sometimes seems a thousand miles away in Marrakechian mid-day heat!) , a bit outside the busy city centre, but still no more than a cheap taxi ride (or a hot walk) away, and also close to stores, a bank, a pharmacy, cafés, basically everything you need. Prior to our departure Dominic was also extremely helpful and flexible regarding the booking, and the "care-package" we received by post was really neat (thank you, Marrakech map, for all we've been through together)! The only shame was that by spending one of our two weeks in Essaouira (lovely beyond comparison), we didn't have enough time to see and do all we wanted in the Marrakech-region. I guess we'll just have to come back... Thanks a lot for having us! "
