The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 3 single sofa beds located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 4 people.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 9 in the living room and 9 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

dr.teshk says: "I time i epent in marrkech was excellent. But why came back , i was shocked to get an e mail form the owner of the pppppproperty to tell me that he is not going to , give me my 3100 deposit back , because i brroke two glass and stianed the bed roon bed cover with wine. i contacted him and exxxxxxxxxxxxxxxplain that it is not ture because i never ddrink wine red or white and no glass broken at all , and left the falt in nice clean way . i think this owner is not an honest man, it is my words agaist him and i am sure he always take the deposit to himself knwoing that it is almost impossible to do anything about it. i am wrtting this to you so that as wed site you should defend me the cusstmer and this man who you do busnes with should be black listed on your wed, it is not good for your buses that such person id dealing with you and lieing about £100 deposit. i will not stop here will goto court if that what ir takes for him to give me the 3100 back it is amatter of priciple rather than anything else. i tirewd in civilized way to contact him but he is insisitng on taking( steling) my £100"

I will give you the facts now

Mr Teshk had left the flat in very bad state :
Both bedrooms with all the beddings ,sheets & covers stained with what looked like red wine
Broken 2plates & 2 glasses

The breakage i did not mind ,after putting the sheets ,the beddings & covers on high Temperature wash twice we were unable to clean the mess then i had to purshase beddings ,sheets & covers for 1 kingsize + 2 single beds this cost me well over the hundred pounds breakage deposit Mr Tesh is talking about .
I did contact Mr Teshk who was more interested to call me a liar & dishonest ....& treathening me & trying intimidating me & saying he is calling his solicitor ect ....
We never had any issues with all the guests we had in our properties please see feed back on www.dartassa.com & make your minds up

Its sad to come to this & all we doing is defending what its ours
