Fully air-conditioned home and occupies up to 10 people. Equipped with tip-top kitchen with combined living and dining, bedrooms overlooking pool, cot on request, bathroom/ensuite, CableTV and Telephone line with top-up card. 

This property features also a beautiful outdoor surroundings where you can enjoy a nice breakfast or an evening meal or dinner , BBQS near the pool. Car is necessary and parking space is on the street. ADVANCE BOOKING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

RENTAL RATES ARE SET FOR 10 PEOPLE. Prices vary from 6/8 people.
 

CONDITIONS:
- Refundable breakages of 300 euros required on arrival, to be refunded within 2 weeks of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
- strictly no smoking except outdoors.
- 35% deposit of rental fee to secure booking and the rest eight weeks before your stay.

-CHANGEOVER DAY: Preferably Saturday but it can be flexible on some periods of the year ( not in HIGH SEASON). Arrival and departure times will be agreed with the guest.

CHECK-IN @3 PM / CHECK-OUT @9AM. LATE ARRIVALS AT PROPERTY AFTER 21.00 ARE SUBJECT OF E30 CHARGE. 

1 twin bedroom sleeps 2, with additional pull out mattress sleeps 3 overall 1 twin bedroom sleeps 2 with additional pull-out mattress, sleeps 3 overall. Table and chairs provided outdoors and BBQ. Pool is shared but can be booked private.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the In the living area. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym, a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, fishing, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, golf.

Bugibba , full of life and entertainment. Paceville in St.Julians is nightlife.
