Our ´clasico` style villa at Camposol Golf occupies a corner plot with views across open countryside.

The villa has a large rooftop solarium and a newly planted south-facing garden. The garden has a hibiscus and cypress hedge, olive trees and seasonal flowers and enjoys uninterrupted views across the surrounding countryside.

The villa has a sunny front terrace which enjoys the sun from early morning until mid afternoon, a rooftop solarium with two sunbeds, an enclosed rear patio with a small inflatable paddling pool and a selection of outdoor and beach toys.

The lounge has fixed wall heaters and a ceiling fan. Bedrooms have double-glazed windows, fixed wall heaters and ceiling fans.

Our villa is half a kilometre from Camposol golf course and the Sensol health spa.

Camposol`s 18 hole golf course has a driving range, practice putting area and a popular clubhouse bar and restaurant, which is open to all and has wonderful views to the surrounding hills and mountains.

The Sensol health and beauty spa offers thermal treatments using water from the nearby natural spring. A range of health and beauty treatments is available, along with a gym, indoor and outdoor pool, relaxation areas, a bar and an upmarket restaurant.

 

Camposol Golf is set in the Murcian countryside; 15 minutes drive to drive to the seafront pueblos of Bolnuevo and Puerto de Mazarron. Mazarron bay has a fantastic selection of sandy beaches to choose from, offering either peace and tranquillity with a scenic backdrop or all the facilities a family could wish for.

Our villa is next to the countryside, half a kilometre from the golf course and the Sensol health spa.

Camposol has an on site travel agency which sells flights, trips, theme park tickets, train tickets, car rental etc.

Camposol´s shopping centre is near the entrance; about 3 minutes drive from our villa. The shopping area has bars, restaurants, take away meals, a large supermarket, estate agents, banks, internet cafe, a petrol station and a variety of shops.

 

Prices are for arriving after 5pm and departing before 12 noon and include all water plus 120 units of electricity per week (average weekly use is 100 units).
Any additional electricity used is charged at 10pence a unit. If you were to use 200 units of electricity, the extra charge would be 8 pounds a week.

We consider a car to be essential for visiting and enjoying a holiday in this beautiful countryside location.

There is a car hire company at Camposol.

Water shortages are normal in coastal areas of Spain. Local authorities are occasionally obliged to restrict usage times, usually when resorts are at their busiest and have a massive increase in the amount of water being used.

 

Our villa is at the edge of Camposol with country views. Mazarron town, with its banks, supermarkets, restaurants, indoor and outdoor night clubs and bars, is a short drive away (see map for exact locations). Bolnuevo and Puerto de Mazarron have the nearest beaches, with marinas, shops, bars, restaurants, nightclubs and idyllic sandy beaches to explore.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views.

The villa is right beside walking, golf.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites, a museum, a themepark.
