The villa has a sunny front terrace which enjoys the sun from early morning until mid afternoon, a roof solarium and an enclosed rear patio. For outdoor living there is a small portable barbecue, two sunbeds, outdoor table and chairs, a beach umbrella and two child-size garden chairs.

The newly planted garden has a hibiscus and cypress hedge, olive trees and seasonal flowers and enjoys uninterrupted views across the surrounding countryside.

Camposol Golf is set in the Murcian countryside 15 minutes drive to drive to the seafront pueblos of Bolnuevo and Puerto de Mazarron.

The villa is at the edge of Camposol Golf, with open views across rolling, hilly Murcian countryside.

A few minutes walk to the new health spa and Camposol Golf course, driving range, club house, bar and restaurant. (Restaurant hosts regular entertainment evenings with no entry fee charged).

The commercial centre is about 2km from the villa, by the entrance to Camposol. It has supermarkets, banks, hair salon, internet cafe, petrol station, ten pin bowling alley and snooker hall, restaurants and bars with regular evening entertainment (live local bands, dinner dances, bingo, quizzes, tribute groups, comedians etc).

There is an additional shopping centre, which is maybe 2.5km from the villa, on the older part of Camposol. This has a hair salon, more bars and restaurants, two car rental outlets, travel agents who can organize local trips, a traditional bodega (wine shop) and an English butcher.

The pay to us summertime pool which has a poolside snack bar and adjoins a large traditional Spanish restaurant, is in the older part of Camposol.

We recommend you use the much larger, more attractive free form open air summer pool at Mazarron Country Club, 3km from Camposol. This pool is set in a lawned area surrounded by sun loungers, gardens and a snack bar/hut.

Camposol has an on site travel agency which sells flights, trips, theme park tickets, train tickets, car rental etc.

The Costa Calida (warm coast) enjoys some of Spain’s best summer sunshine and warm winter weather, with an average of 300 sunny days a year. The numerous Blue Flag sandy beaches, where you can swim, snorkel, dive, fish or relax under the Spanish sun, are rarely crowded.

The coastal areas of Mazarron and Puerto de Mazarron boast some of the finest beaches in Spain and the untouched nature of the coastline and countryside appeals to those who seek a tranquil environment for their holidays.

In summer, Mazarron has a couple of night clubs and two open-air out of town summer clubs which start very late and continue until sunrise.


Puerto de Mazarron has an attractive new marina, a variety of restaurants, tapas bars, evening entertainment bars, cultural activities including an open air summer cinema, indoor and outdoor sports facilities including ten pin bowling, sports hall, kart track, an uncovered Roman salt factory museum and a newly opened (or soon to be opened) Phonecian boat information centre.

The council regularly provides free beach concerts and has theme beaches with facilities for different ages with a variety of free sports and relaxation facilities - even designated nudist beaches.


Puerto is one of the most important tourist centres for marine and sub-aquatic activities in Spain. The frequency of prevailing winds throughout the year in the Bay of Mazarron means sailing instruction and practice can be undertaken at any time of the year. The clear waters and rich flora and fauna offer the enthusiast some highly interesting dives.

The area is ideal for walking holidays, with a variety of marked walks to suit all abilities.


Cartagena, a historic city with beautiful architecture, a pedestrianised upmarket shopping area, a variety of museums, newly opened (unearthed) Roman ampitheatre and a large port with a seafront paseo, is 30 minutes away by car.

The ancient city of Murcia is the capital of the region. It is easy to get to by train or road and has a historical centre with a cathedral, casino, churches and lots of interesting architecture, cafes, taps bars and some quality restaurants.


Whilst in the area, a visit to the beautiful Sierra Espuna National Park, to the north of Mazarron, through Totana or Alhama is a must. The drive and views are spectacular. On the journey and in the park there are local Spanish bars and restaurants serving good quality, reasonably priced food, or you can take your own food to cook on the outdoor barbecues in the designated picnic areas. The park has a visitor centre and signposted walks with amazing views

Water shortages are normal in coastal areas of Spain, so water availability is sometimes restricted at the height of summer when there is a massive increase in use.

Prices are for arriving after 5pm and departing before 12 noon.
