No need to swelter in unbearable summer temperatures this villa is equipped with remote controlled airconditioning to ensure you can stay cool with warm air function for nippier evenings.
This well equipped property has an lcd tv with dvd player, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and halogen hob, hair dryer amongst other things.
There is a communal pool (small fee) on the urbanisation, open during the summer months. 

The villa is located on the Camposol Golf Urbanisation, just a 15 minute drive from the unspoilt typical Spanish seaside resorts of Puerto de Mazarron and Bolnuevo, which are a hive of activity in the summer, including trampolines, promenade train, pedalos, aerobics. The area has been awarded a number of blue flags for cleanliness and range from gorgeous long sweeping sandy beaches to small sheltered coves. The Sieera Espuna National Park is also close by and the cities of Cartagena and Murcia are within easy driving distance.
Close to Murcia you will find a newly opened water park and zoo, operated I believe, by the owners of the well known theme park Terra Mitica nr Benidorm. 

Comfortably sleeps four in one double bed and one twin room. Can take additional guests on foldout sof bed. The villa benefits from a roof solarium giving plenty of room for sunbathing in relative privacy There are small selection of children's toys on site and an inflatable pool which can be used on the roof solarium

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking.

The villa is right beside walking, cycling, golf, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, historic sites.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a sports center, scuba diving.

There are a number of organised walks held regularly along the Sierra Espuna National Park

All the attractions you would expect of an unspoilt Spanish seaside resort are nearby.

We found it had everything we needed for a family holiday.The information book was very helpful for finding things to do (especially the Markets and beaches). We all enjoyed the pool on the solarium so nice to be able to cool down when it was hot.
