Villa Luna is a modern 2 bedroom detached villa on one level. It is safely situated in Mazarron Country Club. Existing facilities include an excellent communal pool and three tennis courts. These are located around a good quality and size restaurant. 

Mazarron Country Club is set in a plain between mountain ranges. Its location is excellent for the blue flag beaches at Bolnuevo. Shopping at Murcia and Cartagena is convenient and these two cities have many top quality shops including El Corte Inglis Department Stores in both cities. 

Food shopping can be done just 5 minutes away in another urbanisation - Camposol. But Mazarron and Puerto de Mazarron which are just 10 minutes drive have many supermarkets where Spanish, English and German foods may be easily purchased.

Murcia is often described as the "Garden of Spain" and food is fresh and the prices low. 

Villa Sol is situated in Mazarron Country Club. There are communal facilities (swimming pool open July & August and nearby support. A bar & restaurant is only 5 minutes walk. It is suited to a relaxing holiday. There are excellent beaches and mountain walks within 15 minutes drive.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, tennis, a restaurant.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, scuba diving, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

A Green Bowls will be available late 2006.

There are many excellent restaurants within 15 minutes drive.

We've had a lovely holiday. The villa is really nice and on a lovely development. All in all we have had a great holiday and once mobile we made the most of the local beaches which are plentiful .. it was over too soon.
