This apartment has been built and furnished to a very high specification with beautiful state of the art kitchen and bathrooms. The main bathroom has a fantastic hydro-jacuzzi bath and shower. The apartment is tiled throughout and benefits from a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, DVD and satellite TV. It has a comfortable lounge and is well equipped for outdoor or indoor dining. There are comfortable sunbeds for everyone. 

We chose this complex because it is so peaceful with a beautiful location right next to green belt countryside. The apartment overlooks the pool/sea and surrounding hills. It is great to have the facilities and luxuries of home, but also to have the endless sunshine and exciting attractions of Side and the nearby beaches. Some days it is good to be able to stay close to home, with everything you need right there, with the bonus of not having to fight for sunbeds etc. Restaurants are great value, which means you can eat out every night if you wish!

There are free buses all day to/from the beach (5-10 mins) which offers a range of great value water-sports and beach bars. Side town with it's ancient ruins, amphitheatre and Apollo's Temple are also a short hop away by regular, very low cost dolmus buses.  

There's a choice of shops and restaurants within 15 mins walk, but if you just want to stay very close to home there is a good restaurant just down the road and food shops within 5 minutes walk.

In Side, the restaurants overlook the sea and ancient ruins and there are many shops which sell designer goods at very competitive prices. Bartering is expected!

Children love the water activities such as banana boats, donut rings and para-sailing which is usually much cheaper than in most European beach resorts. 

The complex has a children's play area, poolside cafe and well equipped gymnasium and sauna.

The penthouse comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The penthouse has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the penthouse cool. The penthouse has a sauna.

The penthouse has television dvd, satellite/cable. Recreational activities available with the penthouse include a home gym.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this penthouse.

The penthouse is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The penthouse is right beside swimming, a food shop.

Close to the penthouse you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the penthouse you will find horse riding, golf.

Locally booked excursions include: white water rafting and horse riding.

Pat says: "Very spacious and wonderfully equipped accommodation the best we have stayed in during our many travels. The 25m pool was exceptionally clean, the pool bar/cafe wasnt open unfortunately which would have been the icing on the cake. Having a gym and sauna was good especially for the energetic members of my family! Handy free bus service to the beach and lovely friendly security person to order it for you.
