An incredibly wonderful sight view of Kalkan Bay on all views distinguishes the villa and its location. Tasteful design and technical superiority is the reason for the preferance of kitchenware and Siemens kitchen equipment. 2 wonderful en suite bedrooms each with jakuzzis offering a great experience with magnificient scenery. Wooden elements on the exterior of the building are designed as a piece of art, as well as the stairs. Exceptional stone workmanship on walls and fireplace deserves attention. Installed electronic equipment such as 3 air-conditioning units and color television completes the fantastic but comfortable mood of the villa. Additional penthouse bedroom is great for teens and guests. Swimming pool, roof terrace, wooden balcony and ground veranda all share the same fantastic scenery of Kalkan and surrounding environment. 

 

 

Everything is ready for your holiday. The house is fully-furnished and all the electrical devices are functional. Every detail such as shampoo, toothpaste, towels, toilet papers, linens, blankets.... are ready. You will just need to get your clothes and toothbrush!!!

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 single, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Paul says: "We rented this villa for our very first visit to Turkey we were looking for somewhere that we could relax and chill when we arrived at the villa it far exceeded what we were expecting, the photographs do it no justice at all. being open plan on the ground floor gives the villa a very spacious feel it has a well appointed kitchen with all major appliances including a huge fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer it has two sets of french doors that open out onto the sun terrace also to the side of the villa is a beautiful swimming pool which is very private and is illuminated at night for those evening dips Access to the second floor is via a gorgeous wooden spiral staircase which leads to the two main bedrooms both basically a mirror image of each other having full ensuite toilet washbasin and shower cubicle also seperate jacuzzis in each room both have double beds each have french doors that open onto the second sun terrace further up the staircase takes you to the roof top terrace where the third bedroom is situated this bedroom has two single beds but unlike the other bedrooms has no airconditioning we didnt use this bedroom as it was far too hot for comfort but the view from here is breathtaking what we liked about this villa was that you had no one looking in on you it is furnished to a very high standard and you want for nothing it is tastefully decorated and is very clean and well maintained it also has satellite tv downstairs should you need it we felt very secure while we stayed here all doors and windows double lock for extra security but we felt that a telephone and a cdplayer or dvd would be beneficial its not as close to Kalkan as we anticipated so we hired a car during our stay for our convienience but taxis are plentiful and can be contacted quite easily by mobile phone in summary i would definately rent this villa again for the next time that i come to Kalkan Kalkan is not as comercialised as other Turkish resorts and has an abundance of fine restaurants situated in the harbour, fish is a speciality in most of them but you will have no trouble finding something that you like, coupled with the friendly locals this villa make for a brilliant holiday"
