An incredibly wonderful sight view of Kalkan Bay on all views distinguishes the villa and its location. Villa offers 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are with double beds. The villa is fully-furnished, and fully air-conditioned. Your all requirements from a house will be satisfied. The decoration is designed with a refined taste combining the use of modern and local material together. Swimming pool, roof terrace, balcony and ground veranda all share the same fantastic scenery of Kalkan and surrounding environment.
The most important feature of the property is its magnificient scenery which is available for most of the spaces of the villa.  

The villa is very near to Kalkan town center, where you can find bars, restaurants, shopping facilities, and sports facilities. However, since the road is steep, it is difficult to walk particularly when getting back to the villa. You can hire a car in Kalkan, (if you let us know, we can arrange this for you), or you can use taxi which is very easy to find in Kalkan. 

The environment is full of various holiday options. Every kind of beaches, beach clubs and water sports are available in area. Extreme sports like paragliding and parasailing are also available. You can visit very near villages around Kalkan for getting information about Turkish villages and lifestyle. Dozens of antique Lycian settlements are distrubuted around your villa location in an hour perimeter by car. Lycian Way offers many walking routes through the mountains and the coast which were used as trade routes in the antique ages.  

Everything is ready for your holiday. The house is fully-furnished and all the electrical devices are functional. Every detail such as shampoo, toothpaste, towels, toilet papers, linens, blankets.... are ready. You will just need to get your clothes and toothbrush!!!

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 single, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.
