The complex offers 24 hour security, and car parking. A cafe / bar / restaurant has opened this year. Beer as cheap as the supermarkets and stunning food, traditional Turkish cooking. An internet connection is provided

A local restaurant is 2 minutes walk away with 2 mini supermarkets tending to every need.

The beach is approx. 20 minutes walk away, full of water sports. You have a choice of 2 beaches, the other a Dolmus ride away, a lot busier and fringed by bars and restaurants. These tend to be a little less expensive than those in the centre of Side. Worth a visit.

Side town is a Dolmus ride away, which costs about 40p to get to. Side is full of exciting shops, fashion clothes from all the top designers, at realistic prices, Sun Glasses, Watches, Turkish spices and of course Turkish delight. The restaurant and bars are a little more expensive but the experience outweighs the cost. Ancient ruins are in abundance as you approach Side and throughout the town.

Manavgat is the nearest town other than Side it self, Market day is Thursday. Do not miss it. You can barter to your hearts content. And once fully laden with all of your purchases, you will feel satisfied you have bought real bargains. Manavgat is also famous for its waterfall.

Excursions can be bought from travel shops in and around Side, for example a boat trip up the river to see the Manavgat waterfall and market. Boat trips to sea, usually cost around £10.00 including lunch. Look out for the white river rafting and the Aqua park.

Golf courses are approx. 35 minutes away and there are plans to build a new one near Side. 

 

 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. Recreational activities available with the apartment include a home gym.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, a sports center.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, walking, horse riding, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find fishing, climbing, cycling, mountain biking, golf, scuba diving.

Look out for the Fabulous markets. Side -Saturdays / Manavgat -Thursdays.
