Fethiye, the land of lights, is a pretty town that surrounds the bay of Fethiye, just 15 minutes away. With its historic sites, it is also full of shops and restaurants to wander around and a lovely harbour where you can eat, drink and catch glimpses of turtles. The old Turkish Baths are a must to feel years younger!

Hisaronu is the ever growing town for the hustle and bustle of tourists with excellent shops (remember to bargain!), bars and restaurants. Walk around in the cool evenings, enjoying the atmosphere. If you are spoilt for choice with the discos, try `em all! Participate in a Turkish evening at nearby Kayakoy (Ghost town). 

Air conditioned family accommodation with 2 double bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms and balconies. One room is set up as a double and the other has two single beds. There is also a shower room downstairs. 2 sofa beds in the lounge sleep 2 adults. The villa is Air-conditioned throughout and has all modern appliances.

The property boasts a fully furnished lounge, fitted kitchen with all modern cooking facilitities as well as an integral BBQ on the terrace, where there is a large patio table with chairs and sunbeds.

Entrance hall - opens on to the open plan lounge with attractive wrought iron balustrade leading to the upper floor. The whole ground floor area is fully marble tiled as are the stairs. A shower room, fully tiled complete with wash basin, w.c. and with luxury fittings is located near the entrance.

Lounge - open plan with traditional corner fireplace, 2 sofa beds, coffee table and Satellite TV. Dining table and chairs. Double sized patio doors and 2 sets of French doors lead onto a tiled terrace with mountain and sea views.
The windows in the villa are all double glazed. A/C Unit.

Kitchen - tiled with Light Oak units with marble worktops. Equipped with a Fridge/Freezer, Gas & Electric hob with fan assisted Electric Oven, Toaster, Kettle, Microwave, crockery, cutlery and glassware for 6, and all necessary kitchen utensils.

Bedroom 1 - With ensuite. Double bed, bedside units, wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table. A/C Unit. Patio doors lead out to balcony with mountain views.
Bedroom 2 - With en-suite. Twin beds, bedside unit, wardrobe, chest of drawers with mirror. A/C Unit. Patio doors to balcony with mountain views and overlooking the pool.

Exterior - elegant villas rendered in an attractive finish. The tiled lower terraces provide an ideal setting for barbecues and al-fresco dining under pergola setting. The villa has several outside lights. The surrounding beautiful gardens are landscaped and pathways are lit in the evening.

 

As a client you are entitled to use all the facilities at the nearby Artemisia Hotel such as large pool with waterslide, poolside bar and restaurant. The Hotel reception will be happy to arrange any excursions you might like to make. The villa will be cleaned and supplied with fresh linen before your arrival and after your departure. Should you wish to make use of the Maid service during your stay this can be arranged by yourselves but will incur a charge. There are laundry facilities on site for your use.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the lounge area. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a clothes drier. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
