Palm II villa is a beautiful villa in Ovacik that is close to the lively family resort of Hisaronu with its fabulous selection of restaurants and bars. Midway between the Turkish port of Fethiye with its vibrant bizaars, markets/shops and is a 10 minute bus ride from Oludeniz with its famous lagoon and beach.

 

Guests staying at Palm II are able to use the facilities of the nearby Orka Hotel free of charge. There is a water park that is a ten minute walk away 

 

Palm II villa's layout is ideal for two families as one family can stay on the top floor as there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom - the living areas are on the ground floor and the other two bedrooms are in the basement. Another bonus is that guests staying at the villa have the option of using the facilities of the nearby hotel club orka that welcomes you and has x3 swimming pools one with an aqua-slide, kids club, saloon, health centre with steam, jacuzzi and sauna and turkish Hamam where you can enjoy the relaxing experience of a turkish bath.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In the living room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant.

phyllis says: "It was a really nice villa with plenty of room. The pool was very good - a little cold due to the time of year! We hired bikes to get to town but dolmus was just outside so travelling was very easy. Lots of restaurants around and the food was excellent. We would recommend this villa and may even book again ourselves!"
