The villa has enviable views of Kalkan Bay and is a 10 minute walk (downhill) to the centre of town. The property is fully airconditioned, tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard with custom-made Turkish style furniture.
 

The villa consists of: Ground Floor - Open-plan lounge, well equipped kitchen and dining area with patio doors leading onto the spacious terrace and large swimming pool. Also located on the ground floor is a bathroom with bath, WC, wash-basin and washing machine (A clothes airer and iron are provided).

First Floor - Two bedrooms (master and spacious single), both with large private balconies, a bathroom with walk in shower, wash-basin and WC

Second Floor - A twin bedroom and large roof terrace with spectacular views over Kalkan.

 

Friday is the preferred change over day but other days may be possible, depending on availability.

A nearby hotel the Samira De Luxe provides additional facilites for villa guests, including, a large (25m) pool and a friendly bar/restaurant.

An English speaking agent is available to assist with arranging car rental, airport transfers, booking excursions or any problems which may occur during your stay.
 

The front of the property (Master and twin room) looks out over Kalkan Bay. At the rear (single) it looks onto the mountains behind Kalkan with a side view of the Sea.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
