Villa Begonvil is a brand new luxurious villa situated in a peaceful street between the tourist towns of Belek and Kadriye. Our villa is a semi-detached triplex with a south facing view - which means sun on the private pool all day! Kadriye Beach Park is just a 5 minute drive away, where you will find a multitude of restaurants and bars. The small towns of Belek and Kadriye are also just a 5 minute drive away, where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants, with a mixture of Turkish and English food if you miss your big breakfasts! There is also an English bar 400m away which offers a wide range of English and Turkish cuisine, Sky TV, pool, and a roof terrace with regular parties throughout the summer.... within staggering distance if you have had a few too many rakis!

Further afield, for those wishing to experience the wealth of local history and culture the region has to offer, there are plenty of historic sights to be found including the ancient ruins and ampitheatres of Side, Perge, Selge, and Termessos. Arguably the jewel of the crown is the magnificent ampitheatre of Aspendos, a 20-minute drive away, where many shows take place during summer evenings, including the dazzling Fire of Anatolia dance spectacular. Within 2 hours you can ski in the winter or visit the beautiful hillside fort at Alanya.

The property is situated 200m from the main road and one of the region's newest golf courses, with a view of the Taurus Mountains in the other direction. The owners are an English/Turkish couple who live close by with a wealth of local knowledge that will enable you to get the best out of your holiday here in beautiful Turkey. Average daytime temperatures vary between 15C in the winter and 34C in the summer, but these are shade temperatures so bear in mind that it can get a lot hotter in the sun!

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster.
