The bungalow is fully detached with surrounding garden. From the deck area one can sea St Maria Estate and Mellieha Bay. Its 10 minutes away from a Sandy Beach called Ghadira Bay with full of sports activity, deck chairs umbrellas, take away, restaurants and cafes. Its 20 minutes by car from other beaches like Anchor Bay, Paradise Bay, Mistra Bay, Little Armier Bay and more.
Its 7 minutes away by car from the center of the village, from the main square and the Main Church. There are lots of restaurants, bars and cafes in Mellieha.
You can also visit Comino and Gozo

The bungalow can’t been seen from outside because it is surrounded with Oleander trees, which in summer time for almost 5 months are full of flowers. There is parking for 2 cars, out side in front of the house. You enter in a wide corridor full of plants. The left hand side corridor takes you to the pool.
And to the right hand side it will take you to the main entrance of the house.

When you enter the house on the left hand side there is the sitting room with easy line telephone and T.V., which leads to the side terrace. Then there is the dining room which leads to the pool. From the dining room on the right hand side there is the kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven. Then there are 3 bedrooms. The Main bedroom is with a double bed which leads to the pool area. The other 2 bedrooms are with 2 single beds. Then there is a full bathroom with shower and a spare toilet with shower.

The pool is 10 meters by 6 meters, the shallow part is 1meter and the deepest part is 2 meters.
There are 6 deck chairs outside near the pool and a table with 6 chairs with an umbrella and a Bar-B-Q.

There is a 1 car garage which is used as a washroom. There is an automatic washing machine.
There is another spare toilet with shower, an extra fridge and freezer.

The house also has an alarm.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

On every weekend there will be a village feast , With fire works and prossession of the Saint.
