The house is newly built typical Maltese terraced house and comprises of 5 bedrooms, spacious kitchen dining living with TV room and a big yard with splash pool (inflatable type 10 ft diameter splash pool is only available in summer months from June to October). House has 2 bathrooms and a spare toilet downstairs. Main bedroom has Jacuzzi in the terrace (also available only in the summer months). The backyard is furnished with BBQ and garden furniture.

The house is located in a quiet residential area but close to the centre of one of the most beautiful villages of Malta, Mellieha. Shopping amenities like pharmacies, banks, supermarket, good restaurants, wine bars are all within walking distance from the house.
The House is surrounded by beautiful countryside therefore it is ideal for hiking and picnics with the family. The best sandy beaches like Mellieha Bay, Golden Bay, Gnejna Bay and Paradise Bay, etc are very close by. The bus stop is also within walking distance. Ample parking space is available in front of the house.

The village house comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 3 single sofa beds. This gives room for up to 18 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The village house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use.

The village house has television satellite/cable. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 15 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The village house is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a north facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The village house is right beside walking, cycling, a restaurant.

Close to the village house you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, skiing/snowboarding, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the village house you will find climbing, flying, golf, historic sites, a museum, a zoo.
