Our guests will rest well in this 4 bedroom villa, all with their respective shower/bathroom, A/C and telephone. The villa offers digital cable TV, DVD player, high speed internet connection, telephone system, fax, safe, library and a fully equipped kitchen (A/C, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave etc). Extensive balconies enable one to enjoy the morning sunrise. The outdoor area is private with a barbecue area, dining and sitting spaces for great entertaining and a 45 sq.m.HEATED POOL including a relaxing sun patio which affords you to enjoy the best of both worlds - basking in the sun or resting in the shade.

 

The villa offers a 42" plasma TV, high speed internet connection, fax, safe and library and is fully air conditioned at no extra charge. A welcome pack will be included upon arrival. Airport transfers both on arrival and departure are also included.

 

The outdoor area includes a 45 sq.m. PRIVATE HEATED POOL and with a BBQ area, dining and sitting spaces with a sunny terrace, perfect for sipping a glass of chilled wine while enjoying the spectacular views. We have a well equipped games room at basement level.


 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 2 cots. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the on request. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.
