The apartment is 5 minutes walk away to the beach. If you continue to walk along to the coast of Ghadira you will arrive to the largest Sandy beach that we have on the Island which is called Ghadira Bay. There are small restaurants, cafes and water sports along the beach. There are restaurants with live music in the evening and it’s great to have nice walks in the evenings.
Mellieha village is around 20 minutes walk to the main church from the apartment.

There are only 2 apartments in the block. The apartment in on the first floor, and there is another one on the ground floor.

When you enter the apartment you enter into the living room which you can relax and watch T.V. it have also a front balcony with country views, and you can see the main church of Mellieha. Then there is fully equipped kitchen with a dining room. Fans are available.

There are also 2 double bedrooms with air conditions, (electricity for air-condition is not included in the price). There is also a full bathroom and a washing machine.
You can use the roof as well for nice panoramic views.

In the apartment can sleep up to 4 persons. But we can offer a folding bed for the 5th persons.
 

A breakage deposit of €200 is to be handed on your arrival before entering the apartment. These will be given back to you before you leave the apartment if damage had not been done to the apartment. 

For 2 persons you will have 40 units of electricity free
For 3 persons you will have 45 units of electricity free
For 4 persons you will have 50 units of electricity free

If you exceed these units you must pay extra for it. Mostly this will exceed when you use the air condition.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

You can visit Gozo with your own car by getting the ferry from Cirkewwa. visit Comino by boat trips.
