Has a fireplace inside, and a barbeque in its garden.

There is a bird cage inhabited by 50 different species of birds.

The grounds and everything else is not shared by others.. It's all exclusively for the tenent use..  

Mendoza is the Wine Capital of South America. Lots of picturesque Bodegas with guided tours for wine tasting and shopping. Ideally situated in the heart of the vinyards.
Chile next door. Quiet surroundings. A feeling of peace.. A block away from a great view of the andes mountain.
Horse-back riding available minutes walk away. Also Kayake down the Mendoza river(Potrerillo).
Also golfing park available nearby.
Fishing (trout) available in many rivers. Good for fly fishing.
Skiing in Potrerillo is around 70 Km away. Also Las Lenas skiing resort .. but that is around 500Km away .
Chacras de Coria is a small very cute town 3 minutes away from the property. There are many very nice restaurants, caffes and a quaint square where most locals hang out.

Downtown Mendoza is a 10 minute drive. 

Fabulous view of the huge palm tree. Many types of bird life visit the grounds. Just sit down anywhere and watch the hawk all day being frantically chased by the smaller birds. No need to go anywhere else.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, horse riding.

Close to the villa you will find flying, golf, tennis, a sports center, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find mountain biking.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: After 15 glorious days in this beautiful place, my husband and I are heading back to Anchorage, Alaska.
We have felt so at home here that we hate to leave!
Thank you, Riyad, for providing a small slice of paradise - the pool, the flowers, gorgeous landscaping, the comfortable house. We thank you also for the company provided by your beagle Homero. We didn't miss our dogs nearly as much as usual. He is a great dog! - "Mr. Personality".
We highly recommend spending some time in CHacras. There are wonderful handicrafts sold in the square on Sunday mornings/early afternoons. Jebbs sells delightful pastries - cafe con leche. The buthcer shop 1 block east of Jebbs has great cuts of meat. There are several Internet cafes in Chacras.
We have had wonderful tours of several wineries - Salentein and Norton outside of Tunuyan, and Tapiz, Cabrini, Dona Paula and Achaval Ferrer in the Lujan/Ugarteche area.
Everyone we have met here has been so kind and generous!. Our first day here, we got stuck in the road right outside the gate after a thunderstorm.. several people from the neighborhood stopped within 2 minutes to help us out of the mud. It was just one example of the wonderful people we met.
