Santa Clara is situated in the resort of Santo Tomas on the
South East coast of Menorca,approximately twenty minutes drive fromthe airport at Mahon.It is a 3/4 bedroom detached Villa with it's own swimming pool approximately 5 minutes walk from the beach and shops in Santo Tomas. Santo Tomas is approximately 4km from the nearest main town,Es Migjorn, and equidistant from the Island's two main towns of Mahon and Cuitadella.It has 3 beaches within walking distance with Wind Surfing,Pedaloes and Motor boats for hire.There are 4 Hotels within the resort which all provide evening
entertainment,a good selection of bars and restuarants,floodlightTennis courts and Mini Golf,2 Supermarkets,2 bakers and a variety of shops.For children there are a variety of climbing frames and swings,Pony treking and every evening at "Las Dunas" a mini disco.

The accomodation within Santa Clara comprises large Lounge,Dining Room,Kitchen,Hall and two double Bedrooms with en suite facilities on the ground floor.
There are two further Bedrooms,one with ensuite facility are situated below the Master Bedroom and the Dining Rooms.The third bedroom with en suite facilities has a window overlooking the patio by the Swimming Pool.All Bedrooms have twin beds and all have air conditioning.
Externally there is a large Balcony with seating facility and steps down to the patio and Swimming Pool where sun beds are provided.
A further small patio area in the shade is located just to the side of the main Swimming Pool area.Here there are table and chairs for those who wish to take a break from the sun.The garden at Santa Clara is landscaped,large and very mature,with a number of Pine trees providing further shaded areas.There is also a pond within the grounds at which a variety of highly colourful birds can often be seen.

Dave says: "This was a holiday of firsts for us, The first time we have been to Menorca, Also the first time we have booked on line, And the first time we have rented a villa. The location of the villa within the complex was within easy walking distance of the beach and amenities, And far enough away to maintain the natural beauty and traquility, The villa was clean and tidy well equipted and good value for money. We were looked after extremely well on our visit and the service from the reception was exceptional. I would be happy to recommed this to a friend, The information we received was slightly inaccurate as we were exspecting two double bedrooms but they were all twin, But nothing that could not be overcome.It was a very enjoyable holiday and exceeded our expectations of any criticism the only thing would be the villa would benifit from some modernization. Menorca is a very special place and the people very friendly one week was not enough. So we will return in the future and certanly use this booking system again and villa.
