Villa Nooren is located seaside in the most picturesque area of the Riviera Maya. Located on the Caribbean Sea directly on the powder white beach in a secluded resort/residential neighborhood on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This prime vacationing spot is only 25 minutes away from the Cancun International Airport, 5 minutes from Puerto Morelos, and just 15 minutes away from Playa del Carmen.

Villa Nooren is located in a very safe gated community with 24-hour security. Some features include tennis courts, a gazebo for gatherings, and a 2-acre pond in the middle of the neighborhood. You will come back year after year to this tranquil beachfront getaway.
 

This newly constructed 5-star villa, which was recently valued at $2 million, will meet and exceed all of your expectations. Over 4,000 sq. ft. of marble and exotic wood with Mayan architecture and fully furnished with only the highest quality finishes. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, including a master suite with its own private bath and shower. This exquisite villa also includes a full gourmet kitchen with marble countertops and a breakfast island.
 

The jungle-like tropical yard will allow you to take a siesta under one of the many palm trees. The roof terrace has a palapa roof with hammock. The 4 outdoor patios will allow you to relax and enjoy yourself. You can take pleasure in your own private seaside pool. The stunning view of the Caribbean Sea will take your breath away.
 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 2 cots. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a zoo, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant.

"We absolutely LOVED the villa. It had everything we could have wanted and more. The single-floor setup, with the spacious living areas and kitchen, was perfect, and the pool area made the vacation for us. It is very obvious to us that you spared no expense - even the finishing touches/décor/small things are top-notch. (It didn't hurt to have American TV and satellite radio!) Fernando and Marcela were great too...they both do a nice job around the house. Fernando even cooked us an authentic Mexican lunch and fixed up one of his specialty drinks for us, which was awesome.
