The Villa is located along the coast of the Caribbean Sea in the heart of the Mayan Riviera on the beautiful beach of “Playa Paraiso” in a gated community. The Villa is just 25 minutes south of the Cancun International Airport, a quick 5 minute drive to Puerto Morelos and a 10-15 minute drive to Playa del Carmen in a quaint resort-type residential neighborhood in Playa Paraiso, which boasts one of the most beautiful beaches of the world.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 2 cots. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a south facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, scuba diving, a zoo, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant.

"We absolutely LOVED the villa. It had everything we could have wanted and more. The single-floor setup, with the spacious living areas and kitchen, was perfect, and the pool area made the vacation for us. It is very obvious to us that you spared no expense - even the finishing touches/décor/small things are top-notch. (It didn't hurt to have American TV and satellite radio!) Fernando and Marcela were great too...they both do a nice job around the house. Fernando even cooked us an authentic Mexican lunch and fixed up one of his specialty drinks for us, which was awesome.
