This is a really lovely family villa with a pool situated within a 20 minute walk to Miami beach.

Upstairs there are 3 good-sized bedrooms (sleeping 6), a big wrap-around sun terrace, and a bathroom, with bath. Downstairs there is a modern kitchen, lounge, dining area and second bathroom with shower. There is a plasma tv with cable access offering over 100 channels in English, German and Spanish. Internet access can be arranged.

There is a patio with outdoor furniture, charcoal grill, lockable car-parking and a fenced garden. The house is situated in private grounds with 13 other villas and is directly opposite parklands.

The on-site manager greets you on arrival and shows you to your villa. He is on-call 24 hours a day during your stay and speaks four languages.

 

From the villa, Miami beach is a 20 min walk cafe & takeaway 3 min supermarket, shops & restaurants 15 min. Port Aventura adventure park is a 20 min drive BonMont Golf Course 15 min drive Barcelona 1.5 hours. Reus airport is a 20 min drive and costs about 60 Euros by taxi. Trains run every couple of hours to Port Aventura, Tarragona and Barcelona from LHospitalet station, which is an 8 Euro taxi fare away.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Available on request from manager, 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym, table tennis.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

REBECCA says: "This property is located in an excellent part of Spain for tourists, there is the theme park and just one and a half hours drive to Barcelona, well worth a trip if you want to see tourist attractions. Lovely beaches too. The Villa itself is very adequate for all of your holiday needs and the site representative was extremely efficient and willing to help eg booking taxi to airport and ensuring we had what we needed when we arrived. It is ideal for four adults and three children, there is room down stairs for another couple but for us this would have made it less comfortable, I fear not everybody would be able to get hot water when they wanted it, we staggered our showers and so were fine, however, it is still very acceptable. Excellent value for money and clean and comfortable with everything you need to have a carefree holiday. "
