RULES

EARLY CHECK IN - If your arrival falls before our standard check in time of 3pm we always recommend that you make your reservation for one day earlier to absolutely guarantee access to your chosen accommodation at the time you would like. We will accommodate early check in at no cost after 10am on your day of arrival, providing there is not already someone staying in the property that is departing on the same day. If you do not wish to pay for an extra night you must confirm your check in status with us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. If the property is occupied we can accept your luggage at our office and will drop it at your chosen accommodation as soon as it is available.

LATE CHECK OUT - If your departure falls outside of our standard check out time of 12pm we always recommend that you make your reservation for one day over to absolutely guarantee access to your chosen accommodation up to the time that you wish to leave. We will accommodate late check out at no cost up to 4pm on your day of departure providing there is not someone arriving to stay in the property on the same day. If you do not wish to pay for an extra night you must confirm your check out status with us at least 24 hours prior to your departure. If we have a guest following you we can accept your luggage at our office where it can be collected later or we will bring it with us if we are taking you to the airport.

REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT - We will take a manual swipe of your credit card when you check in and will hold a signed voucher with an open authorisation for up to 7 days after you leave. We will only use this authorisation to claim for charges representing any damage or loss suffered to our property during your stay. An invoice will be presented to you if we need to make any charges to your credit card.

A brand new spacious and fully equipped 3 bedroom apartment in the deluxe Damac Waves building, situated in the popular Dubai Marina district off Sheikh Zayed Road. Dubai Marina is one of the most exquisite and sought after locations in the Middle East.

LOUNGE / DINING AREA - This property has a combined lounge and dining area that easily accomodates up to 6 people. There is a 32" LCD TV. DVD Player also for playing music CD's, Cable TV with 50+ channels, Wi-Fi wireless Internet, 2 x large sofa beds, a 4 seater dining table and there is a balcony overlooking the recreation and pool area and the marina.

BEDROOMS - We only use hotel grade beds and bed linen to ensure you get a good sleep.

Bedroom 2 - 2 x Single Beds (Can be combined as double with overmatress)

WORKSTATION - A desk with a fully featured PC including complimentary 24/7 high speed internet connection and Wi-Fi and also a webcam and headset for VOIP communication is provided. An All in One Printer/Scanner/Copier is available in our extras section when confirming your reservation.

KITCHEN - There is a fully equipped Kitchen at this apartment overlooking the dining area. Facilities include a gas cooker and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, drinking water cooler with free first fill, toaster, kettle, all cutlery and dishes.

BATHROOMS - There are 3 bathrooms in this apartment:
BATHROOM 1 -ensuite to master bedroom, a jacuzzi and seperate shower
BATHROOM 2 - ensuite to bedroom 2, shower and wc
BATHROOM 3 - ensuite to maids room, shower and wc
Towels and a hairdryer are provided.

LAUNDRY - A washing machine is available together with a steam iron and ironing board

GROCERY STARTER PACK - We have put together a basic starter pack of groceries so you do not need to rush to the local supermarket as soon as you arrive. The cost is automatically added to your reservation please see the extras section at the bottom of this page. If you have any special requests please let us know when you make your booking.

CAR PARKING - One reserved car parking space

BUILDING FACILITIES - An outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis court and childrens play area. Inside there are seperate sauna and steam rooms for men and women, a state-of-the-art gym and a residents lounge.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE - Our housekeeping team visit twice weekly to clean your property and renew towels and bed linen at no extra cost.

MAINTENANCE TEAM - Our own maintenance team is always on call in the unlikely event that there is a problem in your property.

There are numerous activities available around Dubai, from shopping in one of the world class malls to dune bashing on a desert safari, or simply relaxing on the beach to splashing around at the Wild Wadi Water Park, there's something here for everyone.

Hiring a car to get around Dubai is advisable, however Taxi's are also available for which the cost is reasonable.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. The apartment has a sauna.

The apartment has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
