RULES

EARLY CHECK IN - If your arrival falls before our standard check in time of 3pm we always recommend that you make your reservation for one day earlier to absolutely guarantee access to your chosen accommodation at the time you would like. We will accommodate early check in at no cost after 10am on your day of arrival, providing there is not already someone staying in the property that is departing on the same day. If you do not wish to pay for an extra night you must confirm your check in status with us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. If the property is occupied we can accept your luggage at our office and will drop it at your chosen accommodation as soon as it is available.

LATE CHECK OUT - If your departure falls outside of our standard check out time of 12pm we always recommend that you make your reservation for one day over to absolutely guarantee access to your chosen accommodation up to the time that you wish to leave. We will accommodate late check out at no cost up to 4pm on your day of departure providing there is not someone arriving to stay in the property on the same day. If you do not wish to pay for an extra night you must confirm your check out status with us at least 24 hours prior to your departure. If we have a guest following you we can accept your luggage at our office where it can be collected later or we will bring it with us if we are taking you to the airport.

REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT - We will take a manual swipe of your credit card when you check in and will hold a signed voucher with an open authorisation for up to 7 days after you leave. We will only use this authorisation to claim for charges representing any damage or loss suffered to our property during your stay. An invoice will be presented to you if we need to make any charges to your credit card.

A brand new fully furnished and equipped spacious 1 bedroom apartment in the beachside Jumeirah Beach Residence complex, situated in the Dubai Marina district off Sheikh Zayed Road. Dubai Marina is one of the most exquisite and sought after locations in the Middle East.

LOUNGE / DINING AREA - This property has a combined lounge and dining area that easily accomodates up to 6 people. There is a 32" LCD TV, DVD Player, Cable TV with 50+ channels, 2 large sofa beds and a 4 seater dining table.

BEDROOMS - We only use hotel grade beds and bed linen to ensure you get a good sleep.
Bedroom - (Double or Twin) - Kingsize Bed can be seperated to 2 x Single Beds. Please specify before arrival if you would like the room to be set up as a Twin. (ensuite)
Lounge - 2 x Futon Company Sofa Beds sleeps 2 persons

Bed Linen is provided and changed regularly by our own maid service.

A baby facilities pack to include a cot, high chair and baby stroller is available in our extras section when confirming your reservation.

WORKSTATION - A desk with a fully featured PC including complimentary 24/7 high speed internet connection a webcam and headset for VOIP communication is provided. Wi-Fi wireless connectivity is also set up in this apartment. An All in One Printer/Scanner/Copier is available in our extras section when confirming your reservation.

KITCHEN - There is a fully equipped Kitchen at this apartment overlooking the dining area. Facilities include a gas cooker and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, drinking water cooler with free first fill, toaster, kettle, all cutlery and dishes.

BATHROOMS - There is one bathroom ensuite to the bedroom and a seperate w/c in this apartment.

Towels and a hairdryer are provided.

LAUNDRY - A washing machine is available together with a steam iron and ironing board

GROCERY STARTER PACK - We have put together a basic starter pack of groceries so you do not need to rush to the local supermarket as soon as you arrive. The cost is automatically added to your reservation please see the extras section at the bottom of this page. If you have any special requests please let us know when you make your booking.

CAR PARKING - One reserved car parking space

BUILDING FACILITIES - Two communal outdoor swimming pools, sauna & steam rooms (NOT YET OPERATIONAL), a gymnasium (NOT YET OPERATIONAL).

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE - Our housekeeping team visit your property to clean and renew towels and bed linen twice weekly at no extra cost.

MAINTENANCE TEAM - Our own maintenance team is always on call in the unlikely event that there is a problem in your property.

Hiring a car to get around Dubai is advisable, however Taxi's are also available for which the cost is reasonable.

JBR is only a short dstance away from the Dubai Media and Internet Cities and a few minutes drive from the commercial center of Dubai. Dubai Marina brings you within easy reach of a string of shopping malls, luxury beach resorts and Golf courses.  

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Lounge/Seating Area. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. The apartment has a sauna.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
