Paraiso Riviera sits atop Riviera Golf. It is a gated community that affords both peace and quiet as well as security. Facilities include two swimming pools and a childrens pool that is enclosed. Ease of access to the apartments is ideal making it easy for those with small children or carrying golf bags. The tropical gardens are well maintained and give great views over Miraflores Golf Course and the Mediterranean Sea.  

Riviera del Sol is halfway along Mijas Costa just 30 mins from Malaga Airport. Ideal for couples looking to play with Puerto Banus and Benalmadena both within 20 minutes, ideal for golfers with Miraflores Course 3 minutes away and 40+ courses within 30 minutes drive and ideal for families with onsite pool and Max Beach just 5 minutes away not fogetting The Aztec Club also 5 mins away which welcomes children and has a public bar. For all there are superb beaches at the bottom of Riviera, La Cala and CaboPino with lunch at Andy's Bar always fun. Practical considerations include, a supermarket, medical centre and local restaurants are all within 5 minutes.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Cathy says: "We did not book this apartment originally, but were moved here because of building works where we were due to stay. The apartments themselves are beautifully appointed and well designed, but isolated. You will definitely need a car because there are no shops/bars/restaurants in walking distance that we found. We found the pool facilites ie sunbeds inadequate for the number of apartments. Paraiso is currently surrounded by building sites and the view from our terrace (ground floor) was of a builders yard that was visited daily at around 7.30. If you just require somewhere to sleep and are out during the day, eg golfing holiday, then the properties will be ideal. We were well looked after by the company as they did their best to find us alternative accommodation when our original choice become unavailable, but unfortunately these apartments were just not suitable for our older family. The property manager was excellent and always available if we needed him."

Thank you for the positive feedback. There are sunbeds now available at both pool areas. Sunbeds etc are provided by the community and as this a new development, the community had not had the opportunity to form a committee to arrange the purchase communal items. There are a number of shops within 5 mins walk that are being tenanted this autumn.
Please nore building works in the area are now complete making this an ideal base from which to explore all the Costa del Sol has to offer. Now just a couple of minutes walk to bars and restaurants
