The apartment is on the 1st floor, with superb views of the sea and surrounding area. As the owners own holiday home it is tastefully decorated and well equipped to provide a comfortable and convenient base for a perfect holiday.

We immediately fell in love with La Cala when we visited just over a year ago - and subsequently fell in love with this lovely apartment.

We wanted an apartment which had good access to the surrounding towns, beaches and attractions, without having to drive - this is what we got. The beach and town are 5-10 mins walk, and everywhere else is easliy accessed via the local buses.

We also wanted a holiday home that was out of the ordinary - one that you couldn't mix-up with any other - and that's what we got! Entering the lounge you can't fail to be impressed by the extremely high ceiling which creates a great sense of space and air. The rooms are of good size and extremely well decorated and furnished. But we spend most of our time on the large balcony which fronts the Whitewashed low-rise building, overlooking the gardens full of fiery flowers, and watching the ships sail by!  

Extremely well furnished and equipped. Cool and airy in summer with electric fans in most rooms. Cosy in winter with more than adequate heating to keep any winter visiters snug and warm.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking apartment

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside a beach, swimming, walking, cycling, tennis, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, golf, scuba diving, historic sites, a zoo, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find a sports center.

There is a local Horse Racing Track, and a Bull Ring in Mijas village - about 20 mins drive.

The vibrant city of Marbella is only 20 mins away, and lively Fuengirolla only a short bus ride.
