This beautiful villa is situated between Fuengirola and Mijas and is approx. 10-minute drive from either Fuengirola or Mijas with their various shops, bars and restaurants. This villa is only 3 years old and is very rustic. It has beamed ceilings in the lounge/dining room, main bedroom and kitchen. All the doors and wardrobes are solid wood. There are panoramic sea views of Fuengirola and also beautiful views towards the mountains and Mijas. The accommodation consists of three bedrooms (one ensuite) and three bathrooms (2 full/1shower). The kitchen has a breakfast area and the lounge has a dining area. In addition there is a second sitting room with sea views. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with patio doors leading onto the terrace and garden. The other bedrooms (1 double and one twin) share the other main bathroom. The villa has all modern appliances i.e. dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, satellite TV, video and stereo. The washing machine is in the utility room which adjoins the kitchen.

The garden faces south with sunloungers, table and chairs with BBQ. There is a pool which has a paved terrace area leading from the garden. Both the garden and terrace have plenty of room for sunloungers.

 

Although this villa is in the country, it is halfway between Fuengirola and Mijas, where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. There is a large supermarket about 5 mins drive away. The swimming pool is very suitable for young children. The nearest restaurant/bar is only 3 mins drive away in El Coto. You will need a car for this property. 

 

This villa has a 360 degree view. There is a driveway to park several cars and it is very private with an electric gate into villa. The terrace has an eating area with is very cool in the summer. There is also an extra sitting/eating room with views out to sea. The villa is suitable for disabled as it is flat with a shower room/wc.
