The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor, with a living room and kitchen on the ground floor. There is a double bed in the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. The living room has a bed settee, which contains a small double bed. There is also a fold up single bed which can be used in the main bedroom.

There is a small garden at the rear of the house, which has direct access to the shared pool about fifteen yards from the house.

The property is an ideal place for a family holiday. The house is situated on a small community of about 40 similar properties. They are mainly British owned holiday homes with a small number of ex-pat residents. The people who stay at the houses tend to be British. The community is fairly quiet and not near any built up areas, situated about 2 miles inland from Fuengirola.

You will need a car if you decide to rent the house. The supermarket is a five minute drive, although there is a small corner shop 100 yards from the house which sells essentials like milk and bread. The beach at Fuengirola is less than 10 mins away, but a much better beach at La Cala is only five minutes extra drive. La Cala is a low rise town/village and the beach is often popular with Spanish residents because it’s slightly away from the main tourist beaches.

The house has air conditioning, Sky TV (Freeview channels only e.g. all BBC & ITV channels), washing machine, dish washer and all the usual benefits of a family home. This includes crockery, cutlery, iron, bed linen and towels.

You can get access to the pool from the garden at the back. The pool is for all residents and the pool rules, which are sign posted, should be observed. The second pool on the complex is also available to you.

The house is not near to any “night life” and is not within walking distance for a night out in Fuengirola. There are five Restuarants within walking distance, my favourite being El Golf, which has good food and a nice view of the golf course if you sit outside. Hotel Tamisa Golf also has an upmarket restaurant with stunning views. Las Fuentas is another good food destination. There are also two other much cheaper but very friendly restaurants - La Morena and the 19th Hole. They are all very family friendly.
 

 

 

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden.

The house is right beside swimming.

Close to the house you will find a beach, boat hire, wind surfing, golf, historic sites, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find walking, a museum.

Aqua Park and a Go Cart track are 5 mins away

Donna says: "The appartment had all the facilities we needed for a great holiday. Set in the hills above Fuengirola, we were away from the busy town. We enjoyed sopping at the local shopping mall which also had a big supermarket.The nearby beach at La Cala was lovely.The appartment was clean and very private, the swimming pool was clean and set in a pretty garden. We had our own garden and access to the pool. This was a perfect holiday home for a family. We would definately come back to this appartment"
