The Layout of the House

It has Five double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one en-suite. The spacious lounge is complete with TV & DVD, Internet & land phone.

A big modern Chef-style kitchen for all your culinary wishes. Or, use the Outside kitchen terrace and B.B.Q. where there is a large exterior sound-system on its terraces, where you are rewarded with 360° degree views from Sunset to Sunrise!
Plus Pool, which is newly improved and refurbished. AAh!

 

The Activities

Many well marked walks or strolls,and even climbs amongst the Safor mountains and it’s valleys are actually right on your doorstep. Also mountain-bikes can be organised for you if required.
With a host of forna & flora in this beautiful area it is excellent for the observation of Birds such as Eagles, Hawks, Buzzards and many other endangered species. To the East close by there is a large wetland bird sanctuary.

Various Beaches are only 12 Kms away or a 20mins drive. All are un-crowded with fine sand and all usual water activities.

Golf is strongly represented by a 18 hole championship course designed by Seve Ballesteros. The Oliva Nova Course is only 30 mins away.

Now Shopping! It’s near, at Gandia with designer shops and fine restaurants. Also the home of the Borjas,who in Medici Italy produced Popes & Poisoners and became the Borgias no-less ! So their original palace is open to the public through-out the year.

Local Markets are a great flavour to savour, therefore Fridays at Villalonga & Oliva and then Saturdays is at Gandia & Jalon.
 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 5 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking, cycling, mountain biking.

Close to the villa you will find historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, flying, horse riding, skiing/snowboarding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a museum, a zoo, a themepark.

Peter says: "We all appreciated the artistry and craftsmanship evident throughout the property - it is unusually beautiful and the views and landscape are truely magnificent. The owner was extremely congenial and readily available to help. We had many wonderful hikes in the vicinity. One final comment about VillaRenters - the emergency number we were given for contact up to 12pm did not work and we could not find the property. The non-functioning temergency telephone number cost us $300. for lodging for ourselves and our guests and we were not happy about this!!! "
