This fabulous new villa is situated in the ancient Moorish village of Mojácar on the coast of Almeria. It occupies sole position on the top of a small mountain commanding breathtaking views along the coast as far as Cartegena. Surrounded by acres of mountains on all sides there is no-one to disturb the peace, but only 5 minutes away you will find restaurants and shops along the beach road below. This is still a relatively undiscovered coastal area so the miles of nearby beaches never have more than a scattering of bodies. Other attractions include the beautiful villages of Mojácar and Bedar with their narrow cobbled streets and Arabic architecture, the tiny coastal and fishing villages of the Cabo de Gata National Park, several Golf courses including the championships courses of Valle del Este and Desert Springs, tennis, riding, all water sports and the marina at Garrucha.

 

The spacious and stylish interiors are decorated with white walls and light yellow marble floors throughout. Every room is designed to enjoy the amazing views, with large windows and glass door the light floods every corner of the property. The decoration is modern and uncluttered with light furnishings and large pictures. All bathrooms are tiled throughout with marble sink surrounds and chrome fittings. Apart from the large indoor living area the house is surrounded by terraces and gardens. These are also furnished with sofas and dining furniture in both shaded and sunny areas. The swimming pool is spectacular, surrounded by plants and seeming to join with the sea due to its lipless edge.

 

The house is very well equipped with a television, DVD, a music system, a telephone and WiFi broadband. Under floor heating and cooling.

 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a north facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant.
