The kitchen has granite work surfaces, hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, a broad range of electrical items and is fully equipped for 8-10 people.

The lounge comfortably seats 8/9 with satellite TV (BBC and ITV chanells), a DVD player which also plays CDS and open fireplace. There is a dining area off to side with seating for 8.

Doors lead from the lounge and dining areas to the fully equipped pool terrace, BBQ area, garden and 10m x 5m pool.

The pool terrace has bamboo shading for hotter months and is fully equipped with table, chairs and loungers. There is a BBQ to the side.

Surrounding the pool is a pretty garden with local plants and a boules area.

The villa is accessed by a large driveway leading to a double garage which has been developed into a games room with table tennis, table football and darts.



 

There are 4 bedrooms. 2 double room with ensuite bathrooms. There are 2 further twin rooms. All bedrooms have floor to ceiling cupboards. The first floor ensuite bedroom has it own terrace. There is a digital safe in one of the bedrooms. All bedrooms are airconditioned.

There is a portable bed and 2 cots in the villa bringing occupation up to a maximum of 10/11. There is also a high chair. All supplied at no extra cost.

There are 3 fully tiled bathrooms (2 are ensuite) complete with vanity units, toilet, bidet, bath and shower over. There is a further shower room with toilet and vanity unit.



 

The villa is located on the outskirts of Moncarapacho, amongst similar high quality villas..

The villa is situated outside the small village of Moncarapacho and close to Quelfes, Olhao and Estol, , 26kms from Faro airport in the very beautiful Eastern Algarve. The surrounding area is rural and totally unspoilt and known for its extensive citrus groves. However you are still only 30-35 minutes away from major Central Algarve attractions.

There are glorious beaches nearby, the closest being at Fuseta 10 mins away by car. There are fantastic beach islands too. Extensive welcome book in the villa highlighting many recommended places to visit.

There are five golf courses all within 10-25 mins of the villa , including the championship Quinta de Cima golf course, named in the 2004/05 Peugeot Golf Guide as the Best Golf Course in Portugal. There are a further 5 golf courses approx 40 mins away in Spain.

Within53 kms in Moncarapacho itself there is a supermarket, petrol station, bars, some excellent restaurants, cyber cafe and numerous shops Within 800m of the villa is a small bistro restaurant.

THINGS TO DO, PLACES TO VISIT
There are numerous beach islands to visit and Tavira beach island has been voted 4th best beach in Europe Explore the very beautiful and unspoilt countryside, on foot or by car. Experience the real Algarve.

The villa is within easy distance of Fuseta and its beautiful beach, Estoi (with its Rococo palace now being developed into a Pousadda and Roman ruins), Olhao (fishing port, markets, restaurants and good shopping), Vila Real (16th century town on the Spanish border) and much much more. From Tavira, Olhao and Cabanas you can travel by small boat to many truly superb offshore beaches.

Seville can be reached within 2 hours, Cordoba is 2 hrs further on, , Lisbon is approximately 2.5 hours away. The roads and motorways are excellent. Alternatively within 30 mins driving west you can access major central Algarve towns and attractions.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the portable bed can be placed anywhere. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

stephen says: "Superb property for people wanting to get away from it all.The villa was excellent eg dvds,inflatables etc The managers Paula and Steve were helpful and friendly. Car hire is a must- the one night we took taxis into the nearest village 5km we were charged 30euros per taxi. The reason give was that they had to come from Faro but this was not explained when booking. Overall would have no hesitation in recommending this villa for people wanting to get away from the more commercial aspects of the Algarve and experience the real Portugal "
