The Villa is within easy distance of Tavira (regarded as the loveliest town on the Algarve), Estoi (with its Rococco Palace and Roman ruins), Olhao (fishing port, markets and fine shopping) and much more, there are also some truly fantastic off shore beaches that can be accessed by water taxis from Tavira and Fuseta which should not be missed. The city of Faro is easily reached and is the host to some wonderful shopping whether it be the small intimate streets with there quaint shops hidden from the mid day sun or the major shopping mall known as Forum Algarve with its several levels of modern shopping, Faro has it all.
The central Algarve and its tourist resorts of Villamoura, Alburfiera etc are accessible within 35 mins, this is where you will find such attractions as Water Parks, Nightclubs, British Style Bars and modern designer shopping malls. The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
