Casa David has 4 luxury bedrooms, 4 fully tiled bathrooms and is is furnished to the highest standard with marble floors throughout. Furniture and colours are in true Algarve style. Comfortably accommodates up to 10 using one portable bed and one sturdy child cot.

There are two huge double ensuite bedrooms - one on the first floor has its own private terrace with seating. You will fight over this one!!

There are two further spacious twin rooms. All bedrooms have floor to ceiling cupboards. There is a digital safe in the villa.

The bathrooms are of the highest quality, beautifully tiled. 3 bathrooms with bath/shower/vanity unit, toilet and bidet. The 4th is a shower room with vanity unit and toilet.

The very large lounge (with 2 x 4 seater comfortable sofas and other seating) has a dining area off with doors leading to pool and pool terrace. Plenty of seating in both areas for 8-10 people. Complete with satellite TV (with BBC and ITV), DVD player which also plays CDs. Books, games and some DVDs in the villa.

There is table tennis and a step machine in the basement games room.

The south facing pool terrace is fully equipped with table, chairs, loungers. There is deep shade for hotter months under a bamboo pergola. To the side is a large BBQ for al fresco dining and at night the pool is lit for your full enjoyment.

The garden is extensive with natural scrub, a newly developed spring garden and lots of grassy space for children to play. There is a second seating area, a peaceful tranquil area, in the lower garden. The villa is fully gated with garage and extensive drive for off road car parking.

The villa is 5km from Moncarapacho and close to Quelfes,Olhao and Estoi and only 26kms from Faro airport which can be reached within 20-25 mins by excellent roads. The surrounding area is rural and totally unspoilt and known for its extensive citrus groves. However you are still only 20-30 minutes away from major Central Algarve attractions.... if you can drag yourself away from the pool!

There are a number of outstanding beaches and islands nearby, the closest being at Fuseta 5 kms away. There are five excellent golf courses all within 15-25 mins of the villa and 5 more across the Spanish border.

Car hire essential to enjoy this holiday.

Its sleepy but theres lots to see in Moncarapacho, numerous local bars, some truly excellent restaurants, fresh veg market, petrol station, cyber cafe, post office,numerous shops, post office, pharmacy and lots more.

Food/drinks pack available on request. Car hire recommendations also available.

There is a sturdy portable cot and one portable/folding bed in the villa, which can be placed anywhere, allowing a maximum occupancy of 9 plus a baby (10)

IMPORTANT: Please note the owner of this villa has met current Portuguese legislation and applied for a touristic licence. This means the villa meets the highest levels of health and safety.

The villa is within easy distance of Tavira (regarded as the loveliest town in the Algarve), Estoi (with its Rococo palace now a Pousadda and Roman ruins), Olhao (fishing port, markets and shopping), Vila Real (16th century town on the Spanish border) and much much more. From Tavira, Olhao, Fusetta and Cabanas you can travel by small boat to many truly superb offshore beaches. This remains a lovely unspoilt area of Europe, low cost and rustic.

Seville can be reached within 2 hours, Cordoba is 2 hrs further on, , Lisbon is approximately 2.5 hours away. The roads and motorways are excellent. Alternatively within 30 mins driving west you can access major central Algarve towns and attractions.

The Ria Formosa National Park is close by with flamingoes and the famous Portuguese water dog with webbed feet.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the one strong portable bed and can be placed anywhere. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. helena says: "This villa is fantastic. Had a brillant week here with family and friends. Everything we were told would be there was, and everything was very clean. The villa was much larger than we expected which was brillant as there was 7 adults and 3 children so there was plenty of room for everyone. My only negative point is the fridge wasnt quite large enough for the amount of people you really could do with a second fridge. Other than that no complaints The local bistro that Paula and Steve reccommend is a must. All round brillant time thanks Paula and Steve for the great service"
