The villa has 4 bedrooms (2 are huge and ensuite), 4 bathrooms, very large lounge with dining area, two doors off to extensive pool terrace, wonderful south facing 10 x 5m heated pool, garden and BBQ. There is a superb pergola in the garden and table tennis in the basement. You will not be disappointed.


PRICE INCLUDES: Heated pool mid March to end October, all linen, towels and 8 pool towels, villa cleaning. Also includes services of English manager who will meet you on arrival at the villa and remain on call throughout your holiday.

Pool can be heated on request November to end February at £100/wk extra charge. Cannot guarantee pool temperature these months as heatpump relies on ambient temperature but will do our best!!

Mobile internet access available. All you pay is hours used.

Aircon (cool and warm) is an obligatory extra at £85 per week to ensure your absolute enjoyment of the villa.

Casa Pacifica is 3m from Moncarapacho and close to Quelfes, Estoi and Olhao and only 26kms from Faro airport which can be reached within 20-25 mins. (Seville 1 hr 45 mins, Lisbon 2.5 hours) The surrounding area is rural and totally unspoilt and known for its extensive citrus and almond groves. However you are still only 20-35 minutes away from major Central Algarve attractions and wonderful golf courses.

There are a number of outstanding beaches and islands nearby, the closest being at Fuseta 6 kms away.

There are five golf courses all within 25-30mins of the villa and 5 more across the Spanish border. Within 2 kms of Moncarapacho itself there are 2 new 9 hole courses and tennis courts for hire. The whole area is unspoilt and sleepy but theres lots to do and see in Moncarapacho, several local bars, some truly excellent restaurants, fresh veg market, petrol station, cyber cafe, post office, numerous shops, post office, pharmacy etc.

The villa is furnished to the highest standard with marble floors throughout. Furniture and colours are in true Algarve style.

The large lounge has 2 x 4 seater comfortable sofas and other seating. The dining area off seats 8-10, with doors to the pool terrace. There is satellite TV (BBC and ITV channels), a DVD which also plays CDs and some DVDs supplied.

The kitchen has marble surfaces and all mod cons including oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. There is a washing machine in the utility room.

There are 4 spacious bedrooms (2 twin, 2 double) - two are ensuite. All rooms have extensive floor to ceiling fitted cupboards. The ensuite master bedroom on the first floor has a 6ft bed, a bath and power shower and its own furnished terrace where you can enjoy stunning views - you will all fight over this one!! There is a digital safe in one of the bedrooms.

There are 3 fully tiled luxury bathrooms and a 4th shower/toilet room.

On the south facing pool terrace there are sun loungers, table and chairs for 8/10 persons and a large BBQ. We even provide pool towels so no need to bring your own. There is a large bamboo pergola offering deep shade in hotter months.

Surrounding the villa is a beautifully maintained garden with a brand new pergola with additional seating and night lighting.

There is a sturdy portable cot, high chair and one portable/folding bed in the villa, which can be placed anywhere, allowing a maximum occupancy of 9 and a baby (10)

PLEASE NOTE: The owner has met current Portuguese legislation and applied for a touristic licence. This will ensure Casa Pacifica meets highest levels of health and safety.

 

The villa has PRIME PRIME PRIME location, on the edge of this countryside development and backs onto glorious open countryside with sea views on the horizon. The garden is quite superb and has been recently developed to include a lovely large furnished pergola in the garden with BBQ off. The pool has night lighting for your total enjoyment. The property is gated with off road parking and there is table tennis in the basement.

The villa is within easy distance of Tavira (regarded as the loveliest town in the Algarve), Estoi (with its Rococo palace now a Pousadda and Roman ruins), Olhao (fishing port, markets and good shopping), Vila Real (16th century town on the Spanish border) and much much more.

From Tavira, Olhao, Fusetta and Cabanas you can travel by small boat to many truly superb offshore beaches. More information is contained in an extensive Welcome Pack in the villa.

Seville can be reached within 2 hours, Cordoba is 2 hrs further on, , Lisbon is approximately 2.5 hours away. The roads and motorways are excellent.

Alternatively within 20-30 mins driving west you can access major central Algarve towns and attractions including water parks and marine parks where you can swim with dolphins

The Ria Formosa National Park is close by. This is a truly unspoilt part of the Algarve. Come and taste the difference. Experience the REAL Portugal. Wonderful local food and wine at exceptionally low prices and where the pace of life is very different.

You are approx 1 hr 45 mins by fast motorway from Seville airport where low costs flights can be achieved via Iberia. No problems hiring cars in Spain and bringing them into Portugal.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the villa and can be placed anywhere. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.
