Backing onto unspoilt countryside CASA BOA VISTA is situated 5 kms outside the small village of Moncarapacho and close to Estoi, Quelfes and Olhao, approx. 25 mins from Faro airport in the very beautiful unspoilt Eastern Algarve.

Casa Boa Vista comfortably accommodates up to 10 people using a portable bed and sturdy travel cot. (Highchair and buggy also supplied). It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a wonderful south facing heated pool, fully equipped pool terrace, a superb garden with palms, tropical planting, fruit trees with a boules area and BBQ. The villa is fully gated with lots of offroad parking.

It also has a basement games room with table tennis, darts and full sized table top football. New for 2009 is an 8ft pool table. DVDs. CDs, books and family games also provided. Something for everyone!!

This villa really is exceptionally large. Very stylishly furnished in modern style with marble floors throughout. There are 4 bedrooms (2 double and 2 twin) - all with aircon. 3 fully tiled luxurious bath/shower rooms and a further shower room. 2 bathrooms are ensuite. All rooms have extensive fitted cupboards and there are 2 digital safes fitted in the villa. The master en-suite bedroom on the first floor has its own furnished terrace where, sitting of an early evening one can enjoy wonderful views of the surrounding countryside, the sea on the horizon and, perhaps, the occasional glass of wine!! You will fight over this one!!

The lounge comfortably seats 10, with sat TV, DVD, MP3 player and doors to pool terrace. Large dining area off with seating for 10.

The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could wish for. We have even supplied an extensive range of melamine items to reduce your stress levels. More importantly there is an additional fridge in the utility room to keep the beers cold!!

The 10m x 5m heated pool is surrounded by fully equipped pool terrace with sun loungers, deep bamboo shade and a large table with seating for up to 12 people. You dont even have to bring your own pool towels - we supply 8 free of charge. Night lights in pool for your maximum enjoyment.


The villa enjoys PRIME location with the garden backing onto protected land with stunning views of unspoilt countryside. It is part of a very elite development of similar high quality villas,all with plot sizes of approx half an acre - so importantly the villa is not isolated.. The surrounding area is rural and totally unspoilt and known for its extensive citrus and almond groves. However you are only 25 mins from Faro airport and only 30 minutes away from major Central Algarve attractions - if you can tear yourself away from the pool.

Pool heated free of charge mid March to end October. There is an obligatory extra charge of £85/wk for aircon.

This really is a superb location to enjoy beach and golf holidays.For golfers this is paradise. There are five golf courses all within 20+ mins, including Benamor, the championship Quinta de Cima golf course and sister club Ria - named in the 2004/05 Peugeot Golf Guide as the Best Golf Courses in Portugal. The brand new Monte Rei course is only 25 mins away. There are a further 5 golf courses close by approx 25-30 mins with 5 just over the border into Spain at Ayamonte. Just a few minutes away, outside Moncarapacho there is an excellent 9 hole par 3 course, also with putting green for the whole family to enjoy.

There are some truly glorious beaches and beach islands nearby, many which are accessed by small boat/train (great fun for all the family), the closest being at Fuseta 7 kms away. Lots of info on local beaches, places to visit etc in the Welcome Book in the villa. There are wonderful island beaches in every direction and trips to enjoy in the mountains.

The nearest village of Moncarapacho is 5km away with supermarket, 2 mini markets, cash machines, petrol station, dentist, doctors, pharmacy, post office, bars, some truly excellent restaurants, cyber cafes and other local shops. There is an excellent bistro restaurant 800m from the villa.

Within a few kms is the town of Olhao with its fishing port, wonderful fish markets, restaurants, upmarket shopping with boats to islands.

The villa is within easy distance of Tavira (regarded as the loveliest town in the Algarve), Estoi (with its Rococo palace currently being developed into a Poussada and Roman villa ruins), Olhao (fishing port, markets, shopping and excellent fish restaurants), Vila Real (16th century town on the Spanish border) and much much more. You are only 10 minutes away from accessing the Ria Formosa Park.

From Tavira, Olhao and Cabanas you can travel by small boat to many truly superb offshore island beaches. Seville can be reached within 2 hours, Cordoba is 2 hrs further on, , Lisbon is approximately 2.5 hours away. The roads and motorways are excellent. Alternatively within 30 mins driving west you can access major central Algarve towns and attractions .... or you could just chill, relax around the pool and enjoy doing absolutely nothing - as so many of our guests do !!

For those with quieter tastes the nearby Ria Formosa National Park offers excellent walks, extensive beaches and fantastic birdwatching (feathered variety)!!.

Executive brand new 4 bedroom & 4 bathroom villa with its own PRIVATE 10m x 5m heated swimming pool and fully equipped terrace backing on to open unspoilt countryside with sea views on the horizon. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the villa and can be placed anywhere. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

We believe the whole ground floor (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) and all living areas are fully accessible. Access to pool and terrace (one step). Some difficulty accessing garden due to design and small stone pathways. 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf, a theatre/cinema.
