In Tuscany, in the hillis of Pescia, near Vellano, we have available for rental a completely restructured farmhouse ideal for holidays far from the chaos of the big city. The house has 2 double bedrooms and another room with a double sofa bed + large fully equipped kitchen + bathroom with shower + external covered terrace. (bath + kitchen + bedroom linen supplied)
The whole Tuscany is rich in history and works of art and the main cities of Florence, Siena and Pisa are all within range of about 40/50 kilometres.
In additional the famous beaches of Versilia (Viareggio-Forte dei Marmi etc.)can be reached, from Pescia, in 40/50 minutes by car or by train.
The house can be rented to a single family or to a group of no more than 7 persons
For small single necessities at two kilometers the typical Vellano small village there is, and there still it is pleasant to be to chats with the inhabitants.

The farm house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 cots. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the First in one of the two bedrooms and second in a corridor, 1 double sofa bed located in the In the room between the two bedrooms. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The farm house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The farm house has television satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only and a fax machine.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 7 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this farm house.

It has a private west facing swimming pool, a garden, a summer house, a west facing patio area (with heater), a west facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The farm house is right beside swimming, walking, a themepark, a restaurant.

Close to the farm house you will find fishing, horse riding, golf, tennis, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the farm house you will find a beach.

Pescia is a wonderful market town with a lovely relaxed atmoshphere and great restaurants which offer excellent value for money. The owners of the farm couldn't have been more delightful and had even gone to the trouble of making a reservation for us at the museum in Florence as there is a waiting list. Although you do need a car it is perfectly positioned for both Pisa and Florence which can be reached easily by Train if you want a break from driving. If you are wanting to book a great holiday home in Tuscany you need look no furhter, you've found it! "
