House is a part of ethno ambiente of village Rezevici-Katun in Montenegro,located on the small hill quiet close to the few nice beaches.That is the most beautyful part of the Adriatic Coast,between Budva and Petrovac,4km far away from the Sveti Stefan,just nex to the Rezevici Monastery.
The house was builds 1875,than rebuild 4 times.Last time it was 2 years ago. 

The owner of the house is Bosnic Familu.As a part of Pastrovic Family they are haveing four Monasteries from 12th century as well as thirty six churches. 

In the restourantes and markets all around the Rezervici you can get:fresh sea food,mediterrasnean fruit and vegetables,garden-stuff,goat's products.olive's products,all kind of domestic drinks... 

We are renting stone authentic Village house with sea view, not luxurious but very interesting.Rezevici is realy quet place with only about 20 houses and Monastery from 12th century.All around the house is a nature.

The village house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The village house has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the village house cool.

The village house has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this village house.

there is no special conditions.

The village house is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a summer house, a east facing patio area (with heater), a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque.

The village house is right beside walking, historic sites.

Close to the village house you will find a beach, swimming, boat hire, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the village house you will find sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, golf.
