A well stocked local mini market, restaurants, cafes and a bakery are just a short walk away. Youll find Prcanj is a ideally located to explore the many natural and historic charms of this amazing country. Just 10 minutes from the UNESCO protected medieval city of Kotor. After a short drive you could be relaxing on one of the many beautiful beaches, exploring ancient cities or hiking amongst the peaks of Lovcen National Park.

The bay of Kotor has been awarded membership of the association for the most beautiful bays in the world and was designated a world heritage site in 1979. Breathtaking views make breakfast out on the private patio a great way to start the day. Its an equally good spot for enjoying a glass of wine while the sun is setting over the mountains.

The swimming pool in the grounds is for the sole use of the residents of this small development and their guests. It is a circulatory, chlorinated system that is professionally cleaned once a week and is available for use from May through to September. There are large sun terraces surrounding the pool offering sunshine and shade. The apartment has an allocated parking space.

 

The old city of Kotor is one of the most exquisitely preserved medieval centres in the Mediterranean. Among the characteristic narrow alleyways are a number of impressive monuments, including the Cathedral of St. Tryphon (1166). The town also boasts lively evening entertainment with a huge selection of excellent restaurants and bars tucked away in the many squares and alleyways. The emphasis is on fresh fish, however there are also many Italian restaurants.

 

Montenegro has undoubtedly become the new pearl of the Adriatic there are very few places in Europe where you can find such diversity and beauty in such a small place. To really appeciate all there is to offer, Id recommend hiring a car, from either Dubrovnik or Tivat Airport or from Kotor. However taxis are cheap and easily available and buses are frequent and even cheaper.

From pristine beaches on the Adriatic coast to National Parks (including the worlds 2nd largest canyon) to historic walled cities, Prcanj is ideally located to explore this fabulous country.
 

A handyman is onsite daily and there is also a Management Company to look after you during your stay. There is a backup water tank which can prove invaluable as long dry spells often lead to water shortages. The complex has gated access and suitable for children and also has allocated parking.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.
