Villa Mimosa is on the Costa Blanca 10 minutes drive from either Calpe or Moraira both of which have blue flag beaches many restaurants , bars , shops and marinas.

The apartment has recently been completely refurbished to a very high standard and now includes central heating, air con. and fans. The apartment is part of the owners villa and has a large roof terrace with panoramic sea and mountain views, plenty of room for alfresco dining. The area around the apartment is Quite and relaxing.

 

Set in the mature gardens is a heated pool (New in April 2006) for all year round swimming and a poolside terrace with sun beds. The setting is ideal for couples looking to relax or explore the area.. A generous welcome pack is supplied for guests.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. . This gives room for up to 2 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, satellite/cable.

There is room for 4 in the living room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, fishing, climbing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find water skiing, wind surfing, flying, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

You have a wonderful apartment which was so well equipped and a welcome pack with bacon and eggs, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, wine, water, fairy liquid and lots of other items, so many items we did not expect to be there and would have had to shop for on our first day, especially when you have had such a long journey

We have had a lovely relaxed 2 weeks with great weather and a lovely refreshing pool to cool off in.
