As you climb a few steps to the villa, passing the well kept plants and palms you pass by the sparkling blue water of the private pool and onto a lovely equally private large terrace, ideal for outdoor entertaining. You then enter a beautifully furnished lounge and dining area. With the patio doors opening onto a further terrace this is a light and spacious living area.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you would require including a dishwasher. The villa is fitted with smoke alarm, fire blanket, fire extinguisher and a safe for your security and safety. The bedrooms are furnished to a high standard with the very best in bed linen and towels. For a visit out of season we have central heating and stove for those cooler nights.

Moraira
With a coastline stretching approximately 8km Moraira has a lot to offer its visitors. It has a variety of sandy beaches and rocky coves. A visit to the Playa del Portet is a must. Situated in a small shell shaped inlet the clear blue sea is a superb setting for a peaceful swim. There are shower facilities and restaurants. From here you can climb to the watch tower of Cap dÓr. This circular tower with a perimeter of 26 metres and a height of 11 metre was the main defense for the port of Moraira against the Berber pirate attacks.
At the foot of the 18th century castle in Moraira town is the beach of LÁmplla. It was one of the first in achieving the blue flag distinction for the cleanest shorelines in Europe. With golden sand is the largest beach in the area with an excellent range of facilities for the most discerning beach lover could wish for. Such as games, hammocks, and many bars and restaurants.
Moraira started off as a fishing village and although it has grown in size fishermen still go to sea to catch the produce that will be for sale in the fish market later that same day. It is now one of the most important fish auctions on the Costa Blanca.
There is a traditional general market in the town every Friday where you can pick up a bargain and at the same time soak up the friendly, lively Spanish atmosphere.

Our area is known as the orange blossom coast with the vast fertile citrus groves of oranges and lemons.

If you drive 15 minutes inland you will find the Orba valley and the Jalon Valley where you can explore the winding streets with the typically Spanish white washed houses. You could sample the locally produced wines including the famous Moscatell at the local bodegas. This is without the real Spain!!

Teulada is located approximately 6km inland with its picturesque historical section. Here you can wander in the shade of the olive trees and the vineyards lie alongside plantations of oranges and almonds. Whenever you go walking around Teulada you will always pass by the Riu-Raus. These are arched constructions where the locally picked raisins are laid out to dry. The dried fruit is used to make the sweet local drink.

A 10 minute drive down the coast brings you to Calpe. Here the sea and mountain meet with the Peñon de Ifach rock, rising out of the sea and linked to the coast by a narrow isthmus formed by a landslip from the nearby Olta mountain range. If you are feeling energetic a two hour walk starts at the nature park information centre
The Costa Blanca is a very popular region with visitors. Miles of award winning soft white sandy beaches shelving gently into the Mediterranean this makes a good choice for children. Benidorm is an excellent choice for wonderful sandy beaches and vibrant night life. There is an Aquapark nearby Terra Mitica and for a night out visit Benidorm Palace.
A 20 minute drive away is El Vergal safari park a good day out for any age, in the same area visit the Spanish towns of Pego, Oliva and Gandia. The area is steeped in History relax and be a part of the Spanish way of life if only for a short while.
Anyone for golf? Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella golf courses are a 20 minutes drive away.
Trains run between Valencia and Gandia, or a one and half hour drive will take you to Valencia the region’s capital. This stunning city is a must to visit, whether it be museums or the oceanographic or just shop till you drop ( into the nearest tapas bar!!) Well you have to experience the Spanish way of life!!
There is always a fiesta in this lovely area where locals take part and welcome visitors to learn their traditions. In June the Moors and Christians, July brings the fishermen’s procession with fireworks out at sea, beach festival in August and September the festival of the Moscatell grape. There isn’t a month goes by without a fiesta!!

 

Built on the hill side 5 minutes from Moraira and only a short walk from bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is beautifully furnished to a high standard and well equipped for you to have an enjoyable holiday. The private terrace for sunbathing and for those long hot days the pool is there to cool off. A large terrace leads off from the lounge where you can enjoy a glass of wine and enjoy the panoramic views and the peace and quiet during the warm Mediterranean evenings. If required a cot and high chair can be pre booked before departure and payable locally

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
