This beautiful, recently refurbished villa is situated less than 750 metre walk from the town of Moraira and the beach and enjoys wonderful views of the vineyards and surrounding hills.

The large lounge is tastefully appointed with quality furnishings and has the benefit of a wood burning fire, TV including most english channels,DVD player and CD/radio player. Ample seating for eight persons.
The villa also benfits from a new roman stepped swimming pool, pool side shower, extensive terraces, landscaped gardens, sun awnings, tables and chairs and sun loungers.
The villa and gardens are on one level, with just a few steps to the front of the house. It is secure with double glazed windows fitted with either shutters or rails. The gardens are completely walled with lockable gates. There is ample parking space for two cars on the drive.

The local blue flag beach is less than 10 mins level walk away where the clean blue sea is very safe for familly bathing.In the town next to the beach there are a number of excellent restaurants serving international cuisine.Ample car parking is provided together with a new medical centre which is important for families. For golf enthusiasts there is a 9 hole course nearby and a number of 18 hole courses within half an hour.Supermarkets are within 5 mins walk together with the traditional weekly outdoor market where you can buy local produce,leather goods,ceramics,clothes etc and soak up the local Spanish atmosphere. The are a couple of night club on the outskirts of the town.
 

Teulada 6Kms from Moraira is a traditional Spanish town with a number of interesting historic features particularly relating to the local wine industry.Further inland you can visit the Jalon valley with its vineyards and almond trees providing picturesque views.Here you have the centre of the local winemaking and a visit to the bodegas is a must to sample the local wines of which Moscatel is famous.Other attractions within 45 mins driving are Aqualandia Water Park,Paramount theme park near Benidorm,Mundamar Sea World and the Verger Safari Park.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Steve says: "As others have stated, this is an ideal villa and location, especially for two families. The rooms are bigger than they look in the photos and the villa is equiped with everything you need (including a Scrabble board!). The pool was fantastic and kept the four youngsters occupied for hours. We were very impressed with Moraira! It has plenty of good restuarants is very clean and is not full of 'Brits' abroad, actually the majority of holiday makers seemed to be Spanish. Location of the villa is great, it is an easy walk into town or to the beach (even for 5 yr olds) or 2 minutes in the car if you are feeling lazy, well I was on Holiday! Communication and help from Mike thoughout the booking process was fantastic, which always helps the holiday booking experience. Thank you Mike & Sheila from two happy families. "
