This charming villa is situated in a quiet area of Moraira. Very spacious & commands spectacular views towards the sea El Portet. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen & dining room which leads onto the cool open 35m2 terrace. The lower level has a self contained apartment with a further 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and Living room / American style kitchen and SKY TV, Steps lead down to the pool 8 x 4 & more terracing. The property has central heating throughout. This grand 4 bedroom Villa is set in 4 acres of beautiful gardens. SKY TV - Family Pack. In March 06 the interior and exterior of the Villa has been beautifully decorated with fresh neutral colours.. Living Room has also been refurbished. Plasma TV, comfortable Leather seating.. The Villa is ideal for group/family of 8 in total. 

With a population of 9,500 the town of Moraira is situated on the northern shoulder of the Costa Blanca. Approximately 100 km south of Valencia & 80 km north of Alicante the town is easily reachable form both Alicante & Valencia international airports. Best reached via the A-7 toll road (exit 63), the journey time in most cases takes around an hour.
Like other towns along the coast Moraira has its roots as a fishing village, indeed it is a trade that is still prevalent here. Another ancient trade is that of wine making; a lot of the land around Moraira was dedicated to the growing of Muscatel grapes, & indeed over 1000 hectares of vineyards are still present. There are numerous blue flag rated sandy beaches around Moraira, in fact they spread out for 15 km on either side of the town. Most are sheltered & good for family bathing. One of the better beaches is the Playa El Portet, located just around the bay from Moraira. Also well known for its mild climate & enjoys sunshine all year round.
 

Benidorm: The three major theme parks 'terramitica, aqualandia and mundomar' are only 30 minutes away from Moraira. This part of the Costa Blanca is recognised by the world health organisation as one of the healthiest places in the world. With a temperate climate and an average of 320 days of sunshine it is easy to see why people return year after year to this beautiful and charismatic area.

Javea The nearby resort of Javea is well worth a visit, with its characteristic old town, attractive port and marina area, the superb Arenal Beach with its sweeping promenade, lined with cafes, bars and restaurants. You can visit the weekly market that is held every Thursday in the old town and enjoy some of the spectacular fiestas that are held during the summer months. There are many activities on offer in and around Javea including water sports, scuba diving, horse riding, go karts, mountain biking, walking and much, much more. The atmosphere along the Arenal at evening time is fabulous.







Children are most welcome, parents need to be made aware that there many steps outside de Villa and children should not be left unsupervised. The owners of the Villa cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries or mishaps. The same rules apply to Pets. Please do not leave them unsupervised or alone in the villa. Also please clean after your pet. 

4 doubles bedrooms, three with double beds, one with two single beds. Plus an occasional pull out bed (single) Double Sofa bed situated on the open terrace that will sleep comfortably 2 people. In total the Villa can catter for 10 people.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a north facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside climbing, walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a museum, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.
